Honestly this is the best hotel I stay during my whole trip in China. Once I enter the lobby to check in they serve us with a tea. One of the lady also know how to speak some English which is good for foreigners. They don't really question us that much regarding our visa like any other hotel. The lobby is also spacious and very nice interior. The room I book for 3 people is so big too it can fit for 4 people. We were given the 8th floor so we get the view of the front of Nanshan. The laundry area is really nice, everything is there! The laundry detergent, the iron. And what I like the most is they have laundry services in which the aayi will help you do your laundry and even fold them for you! 🤗 In our room we also have a sofa which is great! I also ask for a late checkout but they don't have problem with it at all. After check out they gave us another bottle of water. Overall this is the best hotel I've had so far and will definitely stay here again when I came to Zhenjiang!😍 5 STAR!!

Guest UserThe location of the B&B is very good, at the top of the palace, it is a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. After 5 o'clock, all the tourists went down the mountain. The mountain was very quiet, with only the singing of birds, the chirping of cicadas and the sound of wind. In the evening, Taoist Master Yi will take everyone on a night tour and explain the development history of Maoshan and Dinggong, as well as the differences between Taoist sects. It is well worth listening to. Dinner at the B&B must be booked in advance, and the Maoshan old goose tastes good. Breakfast is freshly cooked noodles with freshly ground coffee, a combination of Chinese and Western cuisine. We saw beautiful scenery during this trip and had a happy weekend. If I have the chance next time, I hope to come and see the sea of clouds again.

On March 12th, on my return trip from the Central Plains region, I passed through Zhenjiang and thought of pufferfish. So I chose the Ramada Zhenjiang Hotel, which has a great location, is quiet and comfortable. I come here almost every year to try it. It's suitable for those who prefer lighter flavors. No high-tech additives, just freshly stewed, delicious and refreshing. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on the sixth floor, which was very comfortable. Thanks to the receptionist!

Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

This hotel experience was perfect! As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you are attracted by its elegant and majestic decoration style. The staff are warm and attentive, and the check-in process is efficient and fast. The room is spacious and bright, very warmly decorated, and the bedding is comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including a gym, swimming pool, etc. The breakfast is rich, diverse and delicious, and can meet the taste needs of different people. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around and very convenient for travel.

Tomoko M 0926Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face.
My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
HOWEVER, there is only one small problem.
When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not.
When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Guest UserThe 57th-floor lobby is quite unique; I've only seen something similar at the Jin Mao Tower in Shanghai and a Marriott in Chongqing. All rooms are located above the 60th floor, offering expansive views, and the Yangtze River in the distance is beautiful with scattered green oases. Zhenjiang seems to be mostly snack stalls, so I had lunch at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Perhaps because the Hyatt just rebranded to Marriott, the service on the first day was incredibly slow. After I brought it to the attention of the lobby manager, it improved significantly the next day. The food was excellent, especially the Braised Eel in Jelly, which was incredibly fresh – far better than what I had later at Quguan in Yangzhou. Dinner was at the Executive Lounge, which had everything one could ask for, with the highlight being the window seats overlooking the river while dining. A special shout-out to the duty lobby manager (on June 26th and 27th) for their swift and professional handling of issues.

Guest UserTrue to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, the lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff are diligent, responsible, and enthusiastic. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection of local specialties, and the pool is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The transportation is incredibly convenient: it's right next to Wanda Plaza and Changfa Plaza, offering a plethora of dining and entertainment options. Zhenjiang Railway Station is just an 800-meter walk away, making travel a breeze. The ”Three Mountains and One Crossing” scenic area is also within a 3-kilometer radius. Great for fun, food, and shopping – I'll definitely stay at the Sheraton again next time!

The service was great, and the location was good too. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they contacted me promptly. Before I even got home, the clothes had already been mailed to my house. Truly excellent!

Guest UserTo be honest, this is the worst GreenTree Inn I have ever stayed at. The room is on the first floor. There is a storage shed opposite the window. Not only does it smell bad, it is not soundproof. The quilt cover and pillowcases don't look very clean. I don't know if they have been changed. This is equivalent to a county-level city like Jurong. , the price is not cheap either, and I don’t recommend it anyway. But it's very close to the subway station, so traveling is very convenient.
