The hotel has a great environment and excellent surrounding facilities. The front desk was also very efficient with check-in; I arrived at night and it was done in no time. The service attitude was very good, and they even gave us drink vouchers. Gary at the front desk was particularly helpful. Seeing that we checked in late at night, he offered us a late check-out and an upgraded room.

It was a very pleasant accommodation arrangement. The hotel is located in Baili Plaza in the center of Yangjiang City. When booking, two breakfasts were provided. My child is almost 1.5 meters tall, so normally I should buy breakfast for one more person. Manager Guo on duty immediately provided breakfast for my child. I was very grateful. He also repeatedly asked if there was enough drinking water. It was very thoughtful and I was really touched! The other staff were also enthusiastic and professional! Right along the ocean with ocean views. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast had a good variety. The facility is a bit dated. Hallway curtains were yellow and cigarette smells can be smelt faintly throughout the hotel. Our booking included an afternoon tea set, which was nice; however, you have to claim the coupon every day on your own initiative. They won't just hand you the coupon for every night of stay upfront. I think they're trying to cut costs. Same goes for the tickets to the nearby Scenic Area that requires tickets to enter. This is a great local to view the sunrise; there's even a rooftop platform for viewing.

it's located 1km from the central business district but there are shops downstairs thus making it quite convenient. The naerby park (just across the road) is great especially if you're up for morning or afternoon walk. Due to the location, away from too many roads, it's so peaceful and quiet here thus it's a perfect spot for a short vacation or just a weekend gateway from the bustling life once in a while. Definitely returning here in future trips 🙂👍

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. It's located right next to the city's main road, making car access and parking very convenient. It's also a 20-minute walk from Bali Plaza on Dean Road pedestrian street. The dining area was comfortable. The only minor issue is that the parking lot is shared with residents, so it can get a bit tight.

Very quiet - after CNY, but didn't hear voices at all - only the sea... I would say it should be a 5-star hotel! See hotel got many rewards 2022 and 2023. Draw back: Hot water for bath not clearly indicating, only had to turn it a little bit... No bath mat (towel). Bath outlet leaking on floor. No balcony chairs. Reception staff of evening and morning not very friendly. They did not even thank me for my compliment nor for the draw backs. @

The Nanhai Bay Holiday Hotel Apartment has a good location, right next to the Shili Yintan Beach. You can see the azure sea and hear the waves crashing on the beach from your room. The parking lot is large, but requires payment. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean, with a washing machine. The mattress was a bit saggy. Getting the room key is self-service, and the staff seemed indifferent and never showed up.

The service attitude is relatively good. If there are any missing supplies, they will be delivered in time. Since it is the off-season, the lady at the front desk upgraded the room. Compared to Beiluo Secret Land, it is very quiet in the off-season. Many elderly people spend their holidays here. It is more suitable for people who like quiet leisure and relaxation. It is not very convenient to eat nearby. If you have a car, you can drive to Zhapo to eat. We live on a high floor. It was sunset when we came. Although the weather was average, the sunset was also very beautiful. The most surprising thing was walking on the beach at night. It happened to be a full moon day. I saw a big and round moon and many stars. The craters on the moon were visible to the naked eye. The room was hygienic and relatively clean. Although it cannot be compared with a five-star hotel, it is above average for a seaside hotel. Overall, it is still recommended.

Last year, I came with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a beachfront king room, and they let me check in early. I was on a floor above the 20th with a great view, and I've been recommending it to everyone since. This year, I brought relatives. We arrived early, and I understood there might not be a room ready. I left my number at 11 AM, and at first, they said only a side sea view was available. I asked to wait, and the staff said a room would probably be ready around 1 PM as they were cleaning it. When I went back after 1 PM, they said it still wasn't ready. Then, at 1:30 PM, I asked someone else, and without saying anything, they processed check-in for two rooms. I was confused because there were two front desks, some staff in uniform and some not, and I thought there was a huge difference in service. When I went up, it was a side sea view, so I had to go back down to change rooms. Ugh, the whole experience was terrible, and the staff's attitude was very cold, completely ruining last year's positive impression.
