Customer service, particularly Huiting, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The only minor downsides were the lack of disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners, and the floor had some fine sand when we checked in, so housekeeping could be improved. The facilities are a bit dated, but acceptable. It's definitely worth staying here.

The hotel is located in the Shili Silver Beach area, which is not a commercial area, so you'll need to drive or take public transportation to get to the commercial area for dining or shopping.
