酒店9月30號給我打電話説這個房間由於進了很多蜜蜂並且消殺效果不佳，給我升了廬山西海君瀾度假酒店的家庭雙卧套房，兩家酒店是一家公司的，所以本次評價也是針對廬山西海君瀾度假酒店的，首先酒店客房是由一棟棟獨棟別墅組成的，綠化做得很好，酒店配套也還行，泳池健身房也都有，室內設施也不是很老，都還説得過去，唯一要重點吐槽的有兩點，第一是服務完全跟不上，彷彿酒店並沒有做好10.01黃金週接客的準備，人員嚴重跟不上，具體説來就是餐飲要靠搶，晚了就沒位子，不能點菜，做不過來，衹能選套餐，酒店區域內接駁車根本接不過來，掃了小程序半天等不到車，房間內需要什麼東西更是需要很久才能送過來，有的乾脆就沒信了，第二個就是水的問題了，由於酒店用水用的是廬山西海抽上來的水，水質有些偏黃，放到浴缸裏看着非常明顯。
