"酒店9月30號給我打電話説這個房間由於進了很多蜜蜂並且消殺效果不佳，給我升了廬山西海君瀾度假酒店的家庭雙卧套房，兩家酒店是一家公司的，所以本次評價也是針對廬山西海君瀾度假酒店的，首先酒店客房是由一棟棟獨棟別墅組成的，綠化做得很好，酒店配套也還行，泳池健身房也都有，室內設施也不是很老，都還説得過去，唯一要重點吐槽的有兩點，第一是服務完全跟不上，彷彿酒店並沒有做好10.01黃金週接客的準備，人員嚴重跟不上，具體説來就是餐飲要靠搶，晚了就沒位子，不能點菜，做不過來，衹能選套餐，酒店區域內接駁車根本接不過來，掃了小程序半天等不到車，房間內需要什麼東西更是需要很久才能送過來，有的乾脆就沒信了，第二個就是水的問題了，由於酒店用水用的是廬山西海抽上來的水，水質有些偏黃，放到浴缸裏看着非常明顯。"

The location of the homestay is excellent, in the Zhonghai Resort, it is very convenient to play. We experienced the super-fire Xihai version of ”Altai” horse riding, and accidentally found a newly opened tent camp in the resort. Horse riding, camping, barbecue, and a good outdoor experience! The service of the housekeeper must be praised, there is a Bing, and the sightseeing car picks us up and down. It is worth mentioning that the homestay is very clean. I heard from the boss that it has been open for several years, but the equipment and facilities are very new. It can be seen that the boss is a particular person. Must like and recommend.

民宿的地理位置很好，很僻靜，但是服務人員素質真的有待提高，非常生硬，也不轉彎，問幾點鐘吃早餐，因為人多，不可能那麼整齊，我們説8-8：30之間吧，結果第二天早上説要人到齊了，坐滿一桌才能供應早餐，還嫌棄我們來早了，説沒到八點半，説幾點就必須幾點的。做服務行業這麼僵化，讓客人體驗感很差，關鍵是早餐也不是啥好東西，就稀飯，煮粉，雞蛋和饅頭而已，還生怕我們佔便宜

A family trip, booked four rooms. The surrounding environment of the B&B is very good. Living on the first floor has a small yard, sitting in the yard with your family and chatting and drinking afternoon tea, which is very comfortable. You can go to the surrounding area for dinner on foot, and there are many choices. You can also take a walk by the lake in the morning. 100 meters along the lake, there is a very interesting cafe. Very close to the native stream.
