GGuest UserAfter we checked in and go to the room, we opened the door and were scared to find another guest in our room! The guy lay in our bed and smoked.
We immidiately complained at front desk, and they offered us another room or accept the room after a new cleaning. They excused the event, but the problem is there is no security at the hotel. All doors are opened until the room is rented out, so everyone can walk into the room.
When you get your key card the room is safe during your stay and the cleaning lady is very nice
We rented the Featured room which have a round bed and nice layout, though the wet area wc/shower is together with no separation.

The front desk is very welcoming, will help the novice driver move the car, the room will contact you in time if there are items left. The location is very good, next to Qihua Square, very lively at night! It is recommended.

GGuest UserAt the beginning, I looked at it as a budget hotel. The actual stay experience is still very good. It is not worse than the comfort type. I sleep has always been relatively shallow. This hotel is very quiet. The windows are double-layered soundproof glass and basically no noise. The design of curtains + window screens is very layered. The glass was also very clean and transparent. I didn’t see dust on the windowsill. I was still surprised. It is recommended.

Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic, people feel very comfortable, the environment is also very good, the most important thing is clean and hygienic! GGuest UserThe room type is very good, sleeping quietly is not noisy, there is a parking lot convenient, and eating early in the morning is OK. The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone. It was very polite to call the floor to get water at noon, and gave two oranges. Overall not bad.

GGuest User要求無煙處理，有一個枕頭煙味重，第二天要求換了，床品很舒適，睡眠質量很好，房間很隔音，衹能聽見開關門的聲音，熱水不會斷，淋浴噴頭很好用，酒店用過最好用的噴頭，小愛同學使用度高，指令不會出錯，有一些房間，窗户在走廊，關上一點聲音都沒有，空調製冷效果很好，房間開了三天兩晚，第二天卡就刷不開房門，前台還是要關注一下顧客是住幾天，不然麻煩別人還要麻煩自己，早餐主食就是米線卷粉，清湯沒有油腥那種，其他就是雞蛋紅薯這類，再有就是熱水壺，打開看很乾凈，熱水燒完倒出來，有毛髮，所有酒店的雷區就是熱水壺，可以關注一下這個，無線網不卡，用過較好的，頭髮掉的有點多，辛苦保潔阿姨了

GGuest User這是此次春節出行入住最滿意的酒店。酒店有獨立停車場，房間多，樓層多，衞生非常乾淨，房間裏沒有煙味，這回住的三床房，空間寬敞，早餐在頂樓可以俯瞰文山，早餐種類多，味道很好。價錢性價比高，下次還來！
