GGuest UserMy child was taking the college entrance exam, and I booked two king-size rooms for three nights on Ctrip two weeks in advance. Since I couldn't go home, my elderly family member was accompanying me. The elderly family member said the hotel was clean and tidy. However, after checking out and chatting with them, I discovered that they had been using the same set of toiletries that came with their room upon check-in, and the hotel hadn't provided any new toiletries for the following days. A four-star hotel shouldn't make such a basic mistake, right? Was it because the booking was made online, or was there any discrepancy between the elderly and the children?

YYonggantiaowangmeiliIt is rare to find a high-quality homestay that is so pet-friendly! There is an exclusive large lawn for Mao children to run freely. The housekeeper sent detailed routes and precautions before check-in. The room is impeccable, there is no smell, the bedding is skin-friendly, we and the dog sleep well. Back from climbing the mountain, the staff also praised the dog for being cute and the experience was very good.

The room was clean and there was no dead end, the shower was comfortable, the front desk responded promptly and the service was warm, the breakfast was delicious, there was a laundry room and it could help with washing, and the billing was efficient and worth coming again!

GGuest UserI found this hotel online and saw they had a special offer, so I booked a room to try it out. To my surprise, the room was really great! The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me take my luggage to the room and proactively told me about good restaurants and attractions nearby. There's a popular scenic spot called Caodianzi Street right next to the hotel, which has a wonderful antique charm. The beautiful Baiyun Lake is also close by, offering stunning views. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The housekeeping staff were also very professional. It was definitely a worthwhile trip!

GGuest UserDuring the holiday, my family of five went on a trip together. We didn't go to the big attractions to see the crowds. We stayed here for a few days. We really enjoyed it. The environment is very good. Lake Biwa is outside the window. The room is very clean and the details are well done (there are electric mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, so you don't have to worry about mosquitoes. There are fresh fruits in the room every day. They have all the services that ordinary B&Bs have, and they also have some that they don't have)
It's rare for my grandparents to like a place so much. My grandpa actually posted eight Moments and laughed to death. My parents are also very happy. I think I made the right choice hahahahaha
