非常不滿意的一次入住，導致我以後都不願意再訂維也納酒店了。

不分青紅皂白半夜打電話給我們説別人投訴我們太吵，實際上十點就過來敲門那個時候我們已經睡覺，接二連三的吵醒我們，也不分辨到底是不是事實，差評，事後處理也是很拉胯

到店很晚了,懶得折騰了，但是前台在明知有小孩的情況想給安排這個房間，不合適。
