The room environment is very good, tidy and clean, the curtains are electric, there is background music in the shower, the mattress is not too soft and very comfortable to sleep, the buffet breakfast variety is not bad, mainly the hotel service is very good, the front desk lady speaks very gently, and the lady happily helped to send back the items forgotten in the room, thank you very much. The hotel is equipped with an automatic delivery robot, which is square and speaks in a cute childish voice, but the front desk lady is even cuter. Next time I will consider staying at Lavande Hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

The front desk staff is very efficient at check-in, answer all questions, and the service is particularly intimate. Traveling around is also convenient, the overall living experience is excellent, have the opportunity to come again

GGuest UserThe set meal includes a full meal, which can be eaten at noon or in the evening. The dishes are rich and not bad. The mutton soup is delicious, with a hint of cumin, not fishy or smelly. Outside the restaurant, you can see Ande Lake through the shadowy branches, which is pleasing to the eye and satisfying.
The service is very considerate. They will ask in advance whether to use an extra bed, and will also prepare children's slippers and disposable utensils for children. There are welcome fruits when you check in.
The room is fully equipped and has a small courtyard. Sitting on the hanging chair in the courtyard in the early morning, listening to the birds singing on the branches, it is quiet and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of dishes, wonton chicken soup noodles, toasted toast, meat sandwich... The taste of stir-fried dishes is generally lighter.
The hotel has a 4-seater sightseeing bicycle that can be used for free, but it is only allowed on the road outside the hotel. I found a 2-seater bicycle on the trail along the lake. I rode while enjoying the scenery of the lake that is better than Jiangnan, and I felt happy.
The hotel also gave fish food for free. After riding back, the children fed the fish by the pool in the courtyard. The beautiful holiday life ended easily and happily~

The ancient architecture blends seamlessly with the garden scenery; opening the window reveals pavilions, terraces, and a picturesque lake. The room was elegant and comfortable, with warm and thoughtful solid wood furniture and convenient, practical smart amenities. The service was attentive, and at night, we could enjoy the dazzling night view of Hualin Garden, immersing ourselves in Oriental elegance. It was a delightful and memorable stay. The hotel's proximity to the scenic area was very convenient. I'll definitely bring my elders here for another experience next time.

ZZhifulaozhangI stayed at the Eurolebao Kunhe International Hotel in Shandong for a day, and the experience was very unique! The hotel is themed in the style of a Chinese imperial palace, with magnificent architecture and exquisite and gorgeous interiors. It seems to have traveled back to the ancient palace, full of cultural charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the service staff are also very warm and thoughtful.
The most surprising thing is that the hotel not only provides free parking, but also gives away tickets to the Eurolebao Amusement Park, which is very cost-effective!
