The hotel is very close to Europa Park, just over ten minutes' drive away. The environment is very good, the facilities are very complete, the items equipped are very useful, the room size is also OK, very clean, and very comfortable to stay. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk handled all the needs very well. They also brought water to the elderly and gifts to the children. Thanks to the lady at the front desk, she is very friendly. The environment is beautiful and the stay is very comfortable.

The new hotel is incredibly clean, and the staff are warm and professional! The gardens are beautiful, and the ancient buildings with lights at night are simply stunning! Although some parts are still under construction, it didn't stop us from walking over 15,000 steps in the sightseeing bus! The interiors of every building are exquisite, and the exhibits in the several museums are definitely worth seeing! I also highly recommend the two shows! It's absolutely a great place to take kids for a relaxing getaway! (A little spoiler: the resolution doesn't allow for a great view...)
