"The room facilities, hygiene, and environment were all satisfactory. The only downside was that the giraffe toy we redeemed with our hotel passport went missing, either at the restaurant or the 4D cinema. My child really liked it, and when I asked the butler if they could replace it, they said no. I wasn't too happy about that. We had a room benefit for two adults and two children, and even though I only had one child, I don't think replacing a toy would have been an issue. That's my only complaint."

"The hotel is next to the lake and has a good environment. It is a good place to rest and relax during the trip. The front desk lady Liu Wenhui was very enthusiastic. She contacted us in advance to arrange the room and upgraded it to a lake view room for free. The room is spacious and has a beautiful lake view. There are welcome fruits every day, and fish food is provided for the children to feed the fish and play. The breakfast is rich and varied. The meal fee for older children is also half price. The dinner is also good and the price is moderate. Pet-friendly, the dog likes to go here very much"

"The room is very big. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She is responsive to all requests. Seeing that I brought my child, I upgraded the room for free. The only drawback is that children over 110cm tall have to pay for breakfast. We were only a little bit over the height, but they insisted on charging us. How much can a child of 110cm eat? The originally perfect service is a little regretful because of this."
