We are a family of 70-80 yo ladies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff very friendly. Gave us one extra breakfast for our group of 7 ppl. The room is as in the pictures. Clean and bright and airy. No smell no insects a lot of food choices nearby. A pity we didn’t have time for coffee at the beautifully lit riverside coffee. Breakfast spread was very good. We can also walk along the riverside in the evenings. The hotel is thoughtful. Bathroom enough hangers for clothes and towels. Got a long mirror too. Will definitely stay here again if ever I come back. You can all book without fear. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Hotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!

A very spacious, quiet and clean hotel to stay in. Breakfast is simple but just nice fulfilling the basic needs of protein, carbo, fibre and vitamins. Staff are helpful. Some very nice local specialty food is just few hundred meters away. Highly recommended to stay here.

Had a great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and efficient. This place offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Nice hotel, friendly front desk staff are helpful to offer foriegners advise and directions. Rooms are ckean and nice. The hotel staff has done a great job. There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was pleasant, and all amenities were new and complete. In terms of value for money, the room itself was excellent! The staff were also very attentive and friendly. The only drawbacks were the somewhat simple breakfast, and the fact that the hotel rooms only occupy the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors house Vienna International (reportedly owned by the same person). The hotel elevators were used by non-VIPs and seemed to be used by many different groups – a significant drawback! However, the hotel itself is a rare find in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and I was very satisfied!

Our stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch. The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.
