I couldn't sleep all night, and my clothes even smelled like smoke. The bathroom floor was wet when I entered, and their laundry room, washer, and dryer were outside and very dirty... I couldn't stand it anymore and paid extra to book another hotel in the middle of the night."

Cons: The smell of smoke was incredibly strong; even the air conditioning blew out cigarette smoke. It would be great to have a couple more washing machines and dryers. With only a few, you often have to queue if other guests are using them (especially if one guest is washing whites and darks separately, which takes up two machines)."
