They've clearly put a lot of thought into their work, and the design is very successful. The entire space is dominated by gray walls, simple yet beautiful. The bedding is also nice, comfortable, and promotes a good night's sleep. The newly added wall corridor in the hallway is perfect for taking photos. It has a blend of Chinese and Western styles. After exploring the ancient city, you can visit Banyue Bay and Xisha Bay. They offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and thoughtful bedtime drinks—it's really great value! Only the first-floor rooms with balconies can feed the giraffes, but they're quite shy and don't always come close. However, you can also feed them in the hotel's public areas and at the restaurant. The room itself has a treehouse, a separate kids' bathroom, and a child-sized toilet, which our child absolutely adored. The park is very large, so I recommend staying at least two days to experience everything. We only booked one day and just visited the Ocean World and watched a show. The circus show is spectacular and a must-see! The quality of the fruit at breakfast was excellent. Hotel guests can rent golf carts, which are very convenient for getting around the scenic area. This hotel was clearly built and decorated with a substantial investment; the quality is high, and it's quite new. On holidays, there are fireworks, and you can see them right from the Giraffe Hotel – it's truly beautiful. If you're looking for a great meal, there's a restaurant called Zeng Ji nearby, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. It's affordable and delicious; we ate there two days in a row.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was amazing! The room is fully equipped with smart devices, and Xiaodu voice control is super convenient; the hotel facilities are also very complete, the gym has a wide variety of equipment, and the breakfast is even better! The warm and professional service of Xiaolin, the front desk staff, makes people feel warm and meticulous. She introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding food.

The hygiene was poor; the towels were lint-covered, and there was a child's toothbrush from the previous guest on the sofa. The soundproofing wasn't good; I was woken up when the neighbor slammed their door shut in the middle of the night. I was supposed to get a free room upgrade, but the front desk tried to mislead me by saying things like children couldn't be upgraded—nonsense! No hotel does that. They usually upgrade when it's offered, not when I have to ask. Although I eventually got the upgrade, one of the women at the front desk was really incompetent. If I hadn't gotten the free upgrade, I wouldn't have asked for it. Why did you try to trick me into not getting an upgrade? And why did I have to ask again and come back? The hygiene really needs improvement.

When I work in China, I always stay at Xunfa Hotel. The staff are professional, helpful and kind. The room rates are excellent, keeping travel costs low but still including a great breakfast and lunch. No luxury, but it does the basics well. Nearby there are a few restaurants, a supermarket, a river and a lovely square so you can relax and have everything you need when not at work. It feels super safe at the hotel and the surrounding areas. I will continue to stay here as long as I work in this region.

We stayed in a 'tree cave' garden balcony room. The good thing is that our little one slept soundly in the 'tree cave' bed, so we didn't have to worry about them rolling off. The downside is that if an adult sleeps in there with a baby, there's not enough room to fully stretch out your legs. However, if your child can sleep independently, adults don't need to sleep in there anyway, so it's a non-issue. Plus, the balcony of the garden 'tree cave' room faces the castle, which is quite nice. It would be even better if there were a fireworks show during the holidays.

This is an absolutely divine guesthouse! My WeChat Moments feed is flooded with requests for it! Waking up to shimmering sea views in the morning, and watching the sunset bathe the entire room in a honey-colored glow while lounging on a deck chair in the evening—it's the first time in my life I've ever seen a rose-colored sunset! And I must especially praise the private beach right outside! I specifically asked the manager about the beachcombing times and went out to dig for seafood with the professional tools they provided. The manager even posted the tide chart and sunrise time at the entrance—so incredibly thoughtful! I've already recommended it to all my girlfriends; it's definitely a gem of a guesthouse I'll visit countless times!
