The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb! Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

This was the first time I've been asked this on a Ctrip booking. 😄😁 Actually, I feel like the welcome fruit not being delivered to the room is fine, but adding it to the standard breakfast would have been perfect. The room was very spacious and clean, but felt a bit empty with limited amenities. The breakfast selection was also quite sparse. However, it offered great value for money! 👍🏻

The room has good lighting, and you can greet the sun when you wake up in the morning. The facilities are complete, the bed is quite big and soft, there is no noise at night, and it is very quiet to fall asleep. It is a very satisfactory stay.

離平潭很近，在過節期間，酒店價格確實有優勢，前台小姐姐服務好，人漂亮！ 房間設施較老舊，可能是因為過年放假的原因，衞生情況有待提高，特別是抽屜裏面很多雜物！其次水壓較小！ 酒店有提供早餐，酒店停車很方便，停車場隨便停，酒店1公里範圍內很多美食，在政府那條街，10點後的夜市也很豐富！
