The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The view outside the window is nice. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and it's also easy to order takeout. Transportation is convenient. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich. The hallway fragrance was very pleasant. They offer a laundry room, gym, card/chess room, and meeting rooms. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Fuqing within the same price range, their breakfast buffet offers the best value for money. It's quite diverse, featuring freshly cooked local dishes like 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). Overall, considering the price and amenities, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels in the area. It has been operating for decades with a consistently good reputation, and a recent renovation two years ago means everything feels very fresh and modern.

The room hygiene is the ultimate, one guest changes the bedding, the bedding is lightly clean and fragrant, the mattress is soft and fits the waist, and after climbing thousands of steps, you can lie down to relieve the sourness of the whole body. The whole house is intelligent equipment, automatic curtains, constant temperature bathroom, smart toilet, bathroom dry and wet separation, bath products are natural herbs, suitable for the quiet atmosphere of the mountains. The sound insulation effect is excellent at night, the mountains and forests are quiet, there is no noise, and the night is stable and sleeps well. It is awakened by crisp birds in the morning. The room was very clean and tidy, excellent! 👍 I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable. Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.
