Amazing
CCCP9109It is a very new boutique hotel located in the old town, and it is very convenient to walk around. After getting off the train, you can take their tram directly on the -1 floor (a public transportation train runs every 5 minutes, and the first stop is about 2 minutes away and it is on the right). After checking in, the hotel will send you an email allowing you to use all public transportation in Lugano for free.
The room is not very big, but it is very cozy in design, and the small details are well arranged, such as the choice of pillows (which is really great), multi-national chargers that do not require converters, etc. The mini bar in the room is also completely free, and the bathroom supplies are all organic (toilet, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner).
But what's a pity is the breakfast. The selection is okay, but there are too few hot foods and they are not hot. At the same time, the taste is really ordinary (although the breakfast area is the same as the Michelin restaurant, it is really not as expected).
The hotel staff are very nice! It deserves great praise!
Also, because I didn't want to go out, I decided to have dinner at Flame, recommended by Michelin, downstairs. The overall product was really good and worth experiencing, especially the ingredients. I could tell that the ingredients were very good, but the taste was a little salty. Guests staying in the hotel enjoy an additional 10% discount.

MMichaelIf you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome.
I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

GGuest UserThe apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

余余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

AAnonymous UserIf you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

KKangNot far from the Lugano train station, there is a bus directly to the city of Lugano at the doorstep, which is quite convenient. The interior of the room is older, but it is clean and air conditioned, making it quite comfortable. Breakfast costs only 10 Swiss francs, but there are fewer choices.
