Good location, five minutes walk to the lake
The hotel room is small and small. The 13 square meters written on the Internet is really not exaggerated. But although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and there are some.
The hotel does not have a gym but has a small pool.
There is a smell in the room, and I have to open the window for ventilation throughout the day.

Sensational location, careful reception staff.... As you can expect, in a 5-star hotel.
The spa is only available for reservation and is limited to use....which is disappointed....which can be used to the fresh air is also negative. The fitness room is in the neighbour/partner hotel and is equipped with basic devices..... is also questionable! But a instructor is mostly on site!
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is dreamy...

余The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily.
The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this place might not be for you. It's right by a busy street, so expect constant traffic noise that can easily disturb sleep. However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

I stayed at Best Western Hotel Bellevue au Lac for just one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

Guest UserVery poorly maintained room, very dirty carpet, cobweb in the bathroom near the bidet that remained for our entire stay therefore the cleaning is not done properly. Furthermore the reception remains unmanned from 8:00 pm. The breakfast service managed by only two people, in short perhaps it would be a good idea to increase the staff. Parking space is a luck. Good breakfast, very kind staff. The hotel is saved by the beautiful swimming pool.

Beautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great.
Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.
