Excellent hotel!! Clean and modern! The owner speaks very good English, so communication was never an issue. The service was incredibly attentive; on my first day, I wasn't feeling well, and everyone was genuinely concerned. It's a fantastic hotel! Highly recommended!!! However, for some reason, at every hotel in Bhutan, they claimed we didn't have a reservation and asked if we had booked through Booking.com or Agoda. We had actually booked through Ctrip, but it seemed there was a handover problem on their end, causing each check-in to take a long time to explain. Ctrip should really reflect on this issue.

It's just very good. Although the hotel is a bit old, the high-quality service, enthusiastic young ladies, and the singing and dancing performances arranged by the hotel are all very good. We were also given local costumes to participate in the event, and I felt the enthusiasm of Bhutan.

Really good services. I feel like warm and pleasant with their staff manner. Stay like at home. My friend suffering from coughing, Staff even bring us to medicine shop to buy medicine. Staff search taxi and taught us how to call taxi. Thanks a lot
