"Heel mooi hotel, gerenoveerd met oog voor de art deco details van het gebouw. We kregen een kamer upgrade waarmee we heel blij waren! Prachtige kamer, ook de badkamer is heel mooi. Ontbijt is lekker, heel veel fruit. Ligging is perfect, vlakbij de zee"

AnnaRuA beautiful hotel.
Very clean room. Settled 3 hours earlier without extra payment. Good-looking staff.
The opposite of the room where I lived, on the opposite side of the street is a local branch of red lights. It was fun to see men of all the masts visiting them.

Guest UserGood hotel. I've stayed at Hotel Mercure 3 times. Once in Blankenberge using a Bongo voucher booking. And twice in Ostend, where I was very satisfied. One tip I'd like to offer: please check the refilling of the soap dispensers in the showers. In Blankenberge, they were empty on the second day, and the same in Ostend. Other than that, TOP!

It was very good, you just go in when you want. Opening times of the bar were not important. Breakfast/in- and check-out just at the main building of Prado itself. If it's 100m away, it's much 😃🤷

Guest UserService: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic!
When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!

Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service.
Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble.
Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.
