Hotels with Breakfast in Pokolbin

We stayed at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. This was a place I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, birdlife, and the quiet atmosphere of the Hunter Valley. On our first night, we even had the whole property to ourselves, which made the experience feel extra special. We enjoyed a lovely dinner nearby and were able to walk back through the gardens to the hotel afterwards, which added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast was simple but perfect, delivered in a basket and ideal for a relaxed morning. One of the best moments was lighting the fireplace on our final night and enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. The location, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all fantastic, and this will definitely be one of our fondest memories from the trip.

A very satisfying reservation. The manor is very beautiful and has its own golf course club, so it is very large. But because it is so large, it took some time to find the front desk (next to the nineteen restaurant), and the instructions were very clear afterwards. A large one-bedroom and one-living room with its own kitchen. The bathroom has a large bathtub. The room has its own garage and a small garden (you can sit outside and drink tea, very lifelike). The disadvantage is the service. The room I booked has a sofa bed that I have to make myself, and the four trash cans at the door were not clearly classified and were not explained.

The hotel is open-plan, there are about a dozen rooms, large and small, and there are two sets of vineyards. It is a pity that the vineyards are very small. I expected to live in a large vineyard. Basic self-service, breakfast is in the refrigerator: juice, milk, ground coffee, washed directly, nut oatmeal, bread slices, prepare yourself, you can also eat. Hotel Italian restaurant recommended, two good meals, wall hangings. It is very quiet and nobody is not going out at night. There are laundry rooms, dryers and washing machines. Good breakfast, the location of the hotel is better in the Hunter Valley, surrounded by wineries, convenient to travel friends on the hot air balloon the next day, the hotel is very special

Great location, several wineries very nearby. The owners were helpful to check us in remotely using key pin and drop box. The pool and grounds are relaxing on a warm day after touring the valley. The property looks “rustic”, in keeping with provincial charm. everything functioned well and we hope to rebook on future visits.

The hygiene is average. There are mosquitoes and flies in the room, but there is no mosquito repellent. The breakfast buffet has few varieties and choices, only scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, bread, cereal, juice, coffee and a small amount of fruit. It is very average. There were not many guests for breakfast in the two days.
