Deck is lovely though less so on 33c ++ afternoon. Villa 1deck faces west socopes setting hot sun. Air-conditioning very useful..evening bedroom. Easy walk from villa 1 car park. Easy check in , key in door, Air-conditioning on. Negative is it was 25 minutes drive to the main mid week open vineyards in traditional Pokolbin region. Villas closer to Belford. One direction old north road is unsealed. Sealed option only extra 5 minutes to Pokolbin main region ( Harrigans, Brokenwood, Drayton, Ivanhoe)."
