The hotel is located near Guanyinqiao light rail station so is quite convenient to take public transport ! Though the hotel entrance is quite hard to find even if you got to the right building! Must head to the back towards the carpark and it was slightly up and down slopes. The room is lovely and have all the necessary amenities . The receptionists are helpful and attentive but the male service staff smokes in the reception lobby. The cleaning stuff left abrasive cleaning product in my room and also dropped breach on my own face towel which was quite unprofessional . The receptionist was apologetic and went out to buy me another one. 
The breakfast included in the room rate was actually very good and enjoyable so overall a decent value for money stay !

For this price point and location, it's really good value for money. It includes breakfast and late check-out. The staff are also quite friendly, and the surrounding area is convenient, though it's true the subway station isn't very close. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free room upgrade benefit. However, despite there being available rooms, the front desk on duty that day still assigned me the original room. It was only after my repeated polite requests that they finally granted the upgrade.

In the city, for this price, the conditions are beyond expectations. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room type because we were traveling with children. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.

Very satisfied with a hotel, there are two pots of green plants in the room, and the space is also very large. There is a long table, children can write homework. There is a small round table next to the sofa, drinking coffee, drinking tea. There is also a sofa stool at the entrance of the room. It is very convenient to change shoes. In short, the design is very user-friendly and very reasonable.

This is my second stay at Weilai Hotel. The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is also quite good. They offer shuttle service to and from Universal Studios.

I stayed here in March when I visited Universal Studios, and I felt the overall value for money was really good! This time I came back to Universal for Halloween **and decisively chose to stay here again! Highly recommend!

The smart home room I stayed in has a Xiaodu voice speaker, which can check the weather, play music, etc.
The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also the breakfast area, with a self-service beverage cabinet. The prices of different beverages are different, and you can actively communicate with the staff to understand.
The breakfast is particularly good, sweeping away the haze of queuing for several days. Eat and drink well, especially the white rice porridge and pickles, I like it very much!

My late-night flight arrived in Hangzhou, so I decided to stay nearby for a night. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle, but I didn't want to wait, so I took a taxi for 14 yuan to the hotel. The taxi driver grumbled about it the whole way. The hotel is quite new, and check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a wet/dry three-section bathroom separation. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I didn't hear any airplane noise while sleeping at night. My takeout order was delivered to my door by a robot, which felt very secure. Breakfast was provided, and for a hotel at this price point, it was quite rich and frankly, impeccable. I wish the hotel great success, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Yesterday, I was tired after playing and returned to the hotel. As soon as I opened the door, there was a box of cleaning tools on the sink. We didn’t care at the time. We called the front desk and put the tool box at the door for them to take. Later, we stayed up very late before washing up and lying on the bed. As a result, I lifted the quilt and found blood. I carefully checked if I had any wounds on my body. At most, I had some bruises on my legs, and I didn’t have my period. I don’t know where the blood came from😅😅I thought it was too late at three or four in the morning, so I didn’t call the front desk. As a result, I found that there was blood not only in the quilt, but also on the sheets and quilt covers😅😅😅How did you clean this place? I was too tired from playing the day before and went to bed without looking carefully. Don’t tell me that this blood was there on the day I arrived at the hotel...😅😅And the cleaning towels were not changed yesterday. The used ones were still on the sink. Hello? Where did you go in the middle of your busy work?
