The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free, and the room itself was lovely! We were also able to store our luggage there when we went to Universal Studios.
Facilities: The room was very clean and comfortable.
Service: When we had questions, the front desk staff was very patient and helpful.

Facilities are very new and they even have smart toilets. Hygiene is excellent; I'll definitely be back. Service is great, and the location is fantastic – very close to Qianmen, just a short walk away. There are many great food options nearby, and the owner gave some excellent recommendations. The service is very thoughtful and attentive. I'll stay here again next time; the price is also very affordable.

Suggestions: The yellow round table is not very stable, the two doors of the bathroom are not closed tightly, and the door of the shower room is difficult to open when it is completely closed, and the door can only be left ajar.

The location is fantastic, right next to Jiujie and Guanyinqiao commercial areas, making it super convenient for getting around and enjoying food and shopping. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; they even upgraded my room for free. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'm very satisfied!

We stayed here for several nights with our kids and were very satisfied. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Guanyinqiao Walking Street, making it convenient to go anywhere. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they provided children's toothbrushes and toothpaste. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was quite quiet. There's a sky garden on the seventh floor, and the front desk staff (especially the lady we spoke to) had a great service attitude. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chongqing.

The hotel is located in a more local, down-to-earth area, but it's prominent and easy to find. The lobby has a nice ambiance, and the check-in process was standard for a hotel. We were upgraded to a family room for free, which was quite spacious. The bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated, and while the bedding was fine, the desk and other furniture looked a bit old. There was always a strong hot pot smell drifting in from the window. We were on the fourth floor, which is also where the restaurant is located.

This hotel experience is great! The location is excellent and the travel is very convenient, the room is spacious and bright, the hygiene is particularly in place, there is no smell and the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, the overall price is full, the stay is comfortable and at ease, the next trip will definitely choose this one!

My late-night flight arrived in Hangzhou, so I decided to stay nearby for a night. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle, but I didn't want to wait, so I took a taxi for 14 yuan to the hotel. The taxi driver grumbled about it the whole way. The hotel is quite new, and check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a wet/dry three-section bathroom separation. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I didn't hear any airplane noise while sleeping at night. My takeout order was delivered to my door by a robot, which felt very secure. Breakfast was provided, and for a hotel at this price point, it was quite rich and frankly, impeccable. I wish the hotel great success, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

乾淨整潔的環境：客房的 衞生狀況令人印象深刻！房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾淨舒適（床墊軟硬適中，睡得很香！），浴室明亮整潔，毛巾蓬鬆柔軟，沒有任何異味。公共區域也始終保持得非常乾淨、雅緻。對於有潔癖的我來説，這點太重要了！
4. 舒適完善的設施：房間設計合理，空間寬敞，佈局温馨舒適。隔音效果非常好，保證了安靜的休息環境；床墊和枕頭非常舒適，睡眠質量極佳；淋浴水壓充足穩定，熱水來得快；免費的WiFi網絡速度流暢；房間配備的[迷你吧/咖啡機/保險箱/智能電視]等設施都很實用方便。酒店的其他設施如[健身房/游泳池/餐廳/會議室]也維護得很好，體驗感佳。
