Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Vibe.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The ambiance was welcoming and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
The room was impressively clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Every detail seemed designed for guest comfort, and the overall environment was peaceful and quiet.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spotless and stress-free stay.

I like the front desk staff, they are very friendly, funny, problem solving, down to earth. I like the middle eastern style food for breakfast, as tourists this is what we want to experience. The room service is average, I don't need daily cleaning, but I expect water and tea to be replenished daily... The bar, restaurant, cafe, shisha are all good, the service at the pool is also good, I like it and will come again next time

This is my second time staying here. It used to be a Wyndham, and while the name has changed, everything else is pretty much the same. The only difference is they no longer provide disposable toiletries. Overall, it's a very good hotel with a great location. We checked in early, around 10:00 AM, and they charged an extra 400 Dirhams for it.

A charming beautiful little hotel strategicly located. Ours come with delicious breakfast. Staffs are friendly and very accomodating. Amenities only set for 2, they send to the room very quickly when I asked for towel & water for 3 pax & a shaver. However I couldn’t find shower cap, yet to call & ask for it to be sent, is too bothersome. 
Room is very small & no wardrobe, only hangers on the wall. The bed is hardwood carved classic style, it’s a queen size bunkbed to accomodate 4, only the people sleeping upper deck needs to climb a wooden detachable monkey ladder, watch your head though, we bumped our head on the carving that hang a bit too low.

From the lobby onwards, the room is filled with thoughtful design – it clearly looks like the work of a master. The metallic elements are abundant. Although the hotel isn't large, the clever use of mirrors makes the entire space feel much bigger. As soon as we arrived at check-in, welcome drinks were brought to us. They even upgraded us for free to a room with a small balcony. The overall experience was good, and the front desk service was excellent.

Right opposite the hotel, just across the road (there's a construction site across the street, but behind it is a long street that leads all the way to Bugis. The durian at the fruit stalls there is incredibly authentic and cheaper than in China), Bugis has plenty of dining options that are both affordable and varied. There's also a 7-Eleven. The hotel's location is pretty good overall. This new Marriott hotel is definitely worth a stay.

Pros:
Beautiful Interior Design: The hotel’s aesthetic is moody, endearingly campy with carefully chosen décor that creates a unique and stylish atmosphere.
Comfortable Bed: The bed was a much-needed haven, providing a ”cloud nine” experience after a long day of walking.
Thoughtful Gesture: The staff prepared a delicious welcome cheesecake for our anniversary, which was a lovely personal touch.

Cons:
Cramped Room Size: For the price, the room was surprisingly small, with barely enough space to open both of our luggage comfortably. Although it was listed as 21 sqm, we had to move carefully to avoid bumping into each other or the furniture.
Limited View: Albeit having a window, the only view we had was the sad block of building across and a patch of fake grass below.
Cleanliness Issues: The shower corners had visible mold, which was disappointing for a Marriott subsidiary.
Noisy Area: There was a significant amount of construction nearby, which walking to and from the metro a bit stressful.
Average Service: While service was adequate, it was a bit impersonal. We had warmer welcomes from serviced apartments and 3-star hotels. 
Distance to Public Transport: The nearest metro station was an 8-10 minute walk away, which can feel lengthy when carrying luggage or in inclement weather.

Overall,  aesthetics took precedence over functionality in The Vagabond Club. For the price, we probably wouldn't stay here again and would look for alternatives which provide a more comprehensive service tailored to the everyday needs of the average traveler—especially those who require ample wall hooks and prioritize functional accommodations.

The room is quite dark but very spacious and near to all famous restaurant! Very nice place to go.

The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.
