The rooms were clean and tidy, and the lobby staff were warm and professional. They offered free coffee and hot water in the lobby, and upon check-in, each person received a complimentary beer or other beverage of their choice. Breakfast was incredibly rich, especially with a wide variety of fruits. Plus, before 9 AM, they even offered free muffins in the lobby! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the heart of Ginza and very close to the subway station. It offers incredible value for money!

Exceptional stay. Location is superb, within a walking distance from Ueno park and its museums, very near Koishikawa Korakuen garden, Tokyo University, Tokyo Dome and metro stations. The rooms are well-equipped and very neat, with humidiefier/air cleaner and daily room service bringing fresh towels and bath robes. Super nice public bath area. Breakfast is plain okay, but the ice cream in the evening is just gorgeous. The staff is super amicable and nice. 

The location is great, not too far from the metro station.
There are convenience stores and many restaurants nearby.

I love the refine shower head, the water is so soft.

There is free croissants for all the guest, which is pretty delicious. 

I do not like that I cannot turn on the air conditioning as it’s winter. I can only turn on the heating. I open the windows and it’s loud outside at night. The room has poor sound insulation.

I stayed for 5 nights. It's small but has everything you need, with a very practical layout. It's quite clean and the facilities are relatively new, including disposable towels. Downstairs, there's a bar and free coffee and tea. It's very close to Ikebukuro Station, with two Don Quijote stores and a Matsumoto Kiyoshi nearby, and plenty of places to eat. After the malls close at 9 PM, you can still explore the area. The Don Quijote near Ikebukuro West Exit North has a wider variety of items. There's also an Ichiran ramen nearby where you won't have to queue. A 7-Eleven is right downstairs, and the Yakiniku Like restaurant nearby is good. Compared to Ikebukuro West Exit North, this area is less chaotic. Considering the price, location, food, and shopping, it's really convenient here.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient transportation right in the heart of Asakusa. It's very close to the subway entrance for Senso-ji Temple. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room was also spacious and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely book this hotel again next time.

The location is excellent, with several subway lines nearby. It's only about a 5-minute walk from the subway exit to the hotel. Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of dining options, which is very convenient. There's also a drugstore where both staff members speak Chinese, which is a thoughtful touch.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are good.
Service: The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but communication in English was perfectly fine.
Facilities: The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for my daughter and me.

It was a bit hard to find for first-timers and not very friendly if you have a lot of luggage. Once you get used to the area, you'll find this hotel quite good. Several subway exits are about a ten-minute walk away, and there's a community night garden performance. Breakfast is mostly Western style, and there are many foreign guests. In the evening, there are also small snacks, limited to 1-2 per person, on the honor system. Remember to maintain a good image when traveling. Coffee and tea are always available.

Excellent Stay with the Sweetest Staff
From the moment we arrived, the check-in was swift and welcoming—truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side—but that’s to be expected in Japan. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety, with options that cater to both local and Western tastes. All in all, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Cleanliness: Good. Towels and disposable amenities are refreshed daily, and bed linen is changed every three days.

Location: It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara, and just a few minutes from other subway stations!

Service: Absolutely excellent. Don't worry if you don't speak Japanese; they can also assist with mailing and luggage storage.

Amenities: There's a bathtub!! After a long day of exploring, a hot bath is incredibly relaxing. The only minor drawback is the hairdryer isn't very powerful, but it's manageable.

The complimentary coffee and water was very helpful.

The location is good, but it's a shame that there are only stairs to the lobby.

I wish they'd at least install a ramp.

We extended our stay here and the price is cheaper with booking at Trip.com compared with onsite.  The hotel is of Perfect location for shopping & dining that is just adjacent to Tanukikoji Shopping Street.  You feel good staying here with staff at reception and housekeeping are welcoming and friendly.  The hotel has a cosy lounge area in which you can enjoy a cuppa and simple snack there.  You can open the window in the room for fresh air and the air conditioner is adjustable with quiet functioning. Room space is in the average range of Japan ‘s Hotels room and the internal set-up is sensible.  The sound isolation is good for me, I couldn’t notice noise outside/beside.  Only found inconvenience for the laundry as it is always busy with only 2 set of machines.  We had a really pleasant stay and definitely will come back if we visit Sapporo again.

Japanese hotel rooms are famously small, and with two people and two suitcases, we really had to rack our brains to fit them in. One ended up under the bed and the other in the aisle. However, despite being small, it had everything we needed and was very clean. We had to pay an additional tax upon check-in, even though I had already paid online. The second hotel I booked allowed me to pay upon check-out, which didn't involve this extra step. The hotel didn't provide bottled water, but there was a kettle. If you're not particular about the quality of toiletries, the hotel provides them, so there's no need to bring your own and add to your luggage weight.
The hotel's location is excellent, near Hakata Station, making transportation very convenient. The meeting point for the one-day tour to Mount Aso and Takachiho Gorge was also right in front of Hakata Station.
Breakfast was included and served at the restaurant by the entrance. The selection was small but exquisite. Every day, I enjoyed a bowl of rice with various dishes, coffee, small pastries, and yogurt. It's a shame there wasn't any fresh fruit. In the evening, they also had an outdoor BBQ.
