This hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the National Art Museum of China, Guardian Art Center, and Capital Theater, making it incredibly convenient for visiting exhibitions and shows. The Line 8 subway station is also just a stone's throw away, ensuring easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The air conditioning works effectively, and the shower has good water pressure, providing a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively upgraded my room upon check-in. When checking out, I accidentally left some clothes in the room, and the staff promptly contacted me, which I greatly appreciated! If I have the opportunity in the future, I would definitely be willing to stay here again!

I must also highlight that the hotel's dining environment is elegant, and the dinner offers a good selection of Southeast Asian specialties from Vietnam, Thailand, and India, which tasted quite good. However, a slight drawback is the breakfast. While the variety is rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, the taste, such as the Zhajiangmian, was just average. We had originally booked three days of double breakfast, but we only went on the first day and had no interest in going again afterward – simply because there were too few appealing options. If the quality of the breakfast could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect!

The whole family was satisfied. The guest relations department contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic: the room was spacious, well-ventilated, and even had a washing machine – it was incredibly comfortable! For this price, the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations! Oh, and the big ice cream cones were cheap and delicious.

This hotel is quite spacious and has a tranquil atmosphere. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-lit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful; they immediately resolved an issue with the TV remote control in my room. When I scraped my ankle hiking, the front desk kindly provided a band-aid. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, with plenty of pastries, fruits, and coffee available. The freshly made hand-pulled noodles were particularly delicious. During the May Day holiday, the hotel organized a variety of activities for children, including lacquer fan painting and baking, which the kids clearly loved. The pool and hot spring bath on the basement level were at a comfortable temperature, perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

Before I even arrived, Sisi from the lobby proactively contacted me to ask about my arrival time and room preferences. When I got there, I found that everything was arranged perfectly. During my stay, she messaged me to check if everything was okay, and once I confirmed there were no issues, she didn't follow up unnecessarily. At checkout, she reminded me to check for my belongings. Throughout my stay, the communication was concise and to the point, without a lot of chatter, but all the important details were taken care of.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is comfortable. It's right next to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for a relaxing vacation in Chongqing. The lobby also offers complimentary ice jelly and various other Chongqing snacks.

Hotel is within short 5-10 minutes walking distance to nearby eating places while a DIDI to nearby popular sites also typically dont take more than 15 minutes. This is a great place for business travellers who want to steal some time off for brief sight seeing. The lunch buffet was a little underwhelming considering the reputation of Chongqing being a food haven. Also, if the room's air condition can be improved as it gets slightly warm at times, it will be an even better stay. 
That being said, the service, cleanliness  and attention to details have been outstanding. Overall, I am very happy with the stay!

Xiao Xuan and Xiao He at the front desk are professional and enthusiastic, the check-in procedures are efficient and fast, and the staff actively provide room upgrade benefits, full of sincerity. The external and public areas of the hotel have a beautiful environment, clean and tidy atmosphere, and the business reception is very high-grade; The rooms are quiet and tidy, the supporting facilities are perfect, the service response is timely and thoughtful, whether it is a short-term business trip or a meeting, the overall aspects are impeccable! Very enthusiastic, very satisfied and very satisfied

Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.

Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
