Service: Pretty mediocre. If you don't ask the front desk for the complimentary items mentioned in your booking, they won't give them to you. Same goes for the toilet seat covers – you have to ask for them.

Facilities: 1. No bathroom slippers. The water in the ultrasonic glasses cleaner was incredibly dirty and wasn't changed for two days. The worst part was the bedding; if you have neck issues, you'll wake up with a sore back and neck, it's extremely uncomfortable.
2. After showering, the room would flood. Who designed this showerhead?

Pros: 1. The shuttle driver for transfers was very nice. This service is shared with the hotel next door.
2. Breakfast: Better than the Yinnian Intercity's breakfast, but it's also shared with the Holiday Inn Express.
Essentially, all the good points are thanks to the hotel next door.

The beef noodles at breakfast were very good and fragrant, highly recommended.

The hotel felt great, and my entire stay was particularly pleasant and reassuring. I really liked the room layout and style. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a subway and bus station right outside. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly, approachable, and polite. She even went out of her way to provide a travel guide, which was really a nice touch. She also gave a bottle of yogurt for my child and upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The amenities were complete. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a snack street, which is super convenient. I was extremely pleased with this stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Basically, I choose Wyndham every time I go on a business trip. The surrounding facilities are indeed mature, with rich dining options and convenient shopping! In addition, the room temperature is moderate and the facilities are relatively easy to use! I am especially grateful for the support of the beautiful Lena during this stay! This Wyndham hotel in Kunming's Guandu Ancient Town boasts an excellent location, close to both the ancient town and the Yunnan Provincial Museum, making transportation very convenient. The large parking lot is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The hotel's facilities are very new and the hygiene is top-notch, everything is spotless. There's a lovely, well-landscaped courtyard behind the building. The two elevators are a convenient touch. The front desk service was excellent, always with a smile and very attentive. The room itself was spacious and pristine, with comfortable bedding. I especially appreciated the two pillows, one soft and one firm – the firm one was particularly comfortable. Breakfast was decent, offering a standard international chain hotel spread with bread, fruit, hot dishes, and freshly made noodles and rice vermicelli. Overall, it perfectly lives up to what you'd expect from a four-star international chain.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there's parking available. The most important thing is the beautiful and clean environment. You don't need to worry about hygiene issues.

I reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!
