Our stay at the Lakeside Hotel exceeded all expectations! We booked a lake view room, and as soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted with a stunning, expansive lake view. It was sparkling in the daytime and beautifully reflected at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel's quiet environment is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

They saw we had a child and gave us a room facing the residential area. The room design was very well-thought-out. It was a king-sized room with a high-definition projector, and I've never seen a bed as wide as 2.7 meters before, haha! It saved space by not having a TV cabinet, making the room feel very spacious and allowing for luggage. Right across from the hotel is a bustling commercial area, very popular with Changsha locals. From there, you can take a leisurely stroll to Desiqin Mall, where you can spend a long time browsing. It's suitable for self-driving or taking a taxi, as it's a bit far from the subway station.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel is right next to Metro Line 6, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions, saving so much time and effort. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the smart room features were a great touch. The mattress was so soft, I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and breakfast included Changsha's famous rice noodles. Plus, there are tons of delicious street food options at the night market nearby. Whether you're here for leisure or business, this place is perfect. If you're coming to Changsha, book this place without hesitation!

Coming by high-speed train, I really couldn't be bothered dragging my luggage around. The front desk staff, especially 40-41, were very down-to-earth and not overly formal. The room's natural light was a pleasant surprise; it was so bright during the day, making it incredibly comfortable to relax and sunbathe. No need to go downstairs for food delivery, a robot brings it right to your door, and there's even a free pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. I just wanted to chill in the room the whole time, truly mastering the art of relaxation.

The room is very beautiful, the scenery outside is also good, and the aunt also sent fruit and milk
Facilities: Complete facilities, voice assistant
Sanitation: Very clean, disposable bathrobes
Service: Very good service attitude
Environment: Beautiful environment

It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** ! From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left disgruntled I won’t go back

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!

The lobby had a beautiful bunch of lilies, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the decor is a bit dated, it's very clean. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. It offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We stayed for two nights at the Microtel by Wyndham Kunming Guan Du Ancient Town with our child, and the overall experience was excellent! 👍 The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was top-notch. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and all the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Seeing that we had a child, they even thoughtfully upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's facilities, like the laundry room, were well-maintained, making it super convenient for washing clothes when traveling with kids. Throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a very stress-free place for families with children, highly recommended!
