A down-to-earth review 🥰
Aman's service is currently the best I can imagine. Their attentiveness is evident in the details; it's subtle yet impactful, maintaining clear boundaries. I believe the best service is simply being service itself.

The details: They clean the room incredibly quickly after each visit. During my three-night stay, they provided free transportation for all our outings 😇
They gave us different small gifts every day, which was very heartwarming. Every staff member greeted us with a big smile, making us feel right at home 😊
They were absolutely responsive to all our requests.

They gave us a bracelet and a brownie cake upon departure, a small but touching gesture 🥹

Our reservation was from Dec 31st to Jan 3rd. The hotel didn't offer any New Year's Eve activities in advance, nor did they proactively offer airport pick-up service (which was included in the booking). We only found out after asking ourselves. Other than that, the butler service and restaurant food were excellent 👍

It is hard to imagine a hotel that costs RMB 30,000 per night.
I was scared to death by this hotel. I didn't sleep all night with my three-year-old child. I called the hotel front desk for four hours but no one answered. It was so hateful. When I needed help, no one answered the phone. I contacted the hotel front desk of the world's top luxury hotel but no one answered. I wanted to call the police but I thought it was better to have less trouble in Bali. Chinese people are really ripped off abroad. The hotel rooms are old and the same as those of Chinese three-star hotels. I posted it so that more Chinese customers can see it. Avoid danger and pitfalls

It was 5:30 PM in Otemachi, Tokyo, and a massive halo, like a holy light, enveloped the area, reflecting the silhouette of the world's most beautiful CBD on the glass facade of Otemachi Tower. Perched atop this magnificent skyscraper, Aman Tokyo, which stunned the world a decade ago, remains an unparalleled benchmark for modern city hotels.

｜The soaring 30-meter high atrium, crafted with washi lanterns, wood textures, and concrete and rock, creates a 'dry landscape' garden in the urban clouds.
｜The view facing the Imperial Palace is arguably Tokyo's most beautiful skyline (it ruthlessly trumps the already impressive view from the neighboring Bulgari).
｜While the ambiance at Arva, the Italian restaurant on the other side of the lobby, is superb, the food wasn't to my taste. I'd recommend the Aman Cafe on the first floor, a glasshouse enveloped by the 'Otemachi Forest' oasis instead.

Even the Aman in the city has its charms; this is definitely a top-tier experience in Bangkok. The rooms are impeccable, from design to maintenance, and very comfortable. The public areas offer plenty to explore; the lobby has a great view and connects to the restaurant without being noisy. I particularly loved the money tree in the lobby. Downstairs is Nai Lert Park, an urban oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok that's worth visiting even if you're not staying at the hotel. The hotel's food is excellent; don't miss the crab porridge and crab omelet for breakfast – they are absolutely delicious! The service was flawless, and they provided many complimentary items. It's a shame I couldn't take the handmade chocolates with me!
