I booked a king room in the Artist Tower and stayed in the Patron Tower. The two towers have different styles, so the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travelers traveling by plane or train. I took Amtrak to South Station, and then walked to the hotel in just over ten minutes. It's even more convenient for the airport, with the Silver Line Airport Express taking just over ten minutes. There's also a walking path to the Silver Line Convention Center Station, making it convenient rain or shine. From Convention Center Station, you can transfer to the Red Line for Harvard, MIT, and UMass; and the Green Line for BU, BC, and Tufts.

The hotel is located in the Seaport area, clean, modern, and beautiful. Perhaps knowing that Chinese people prefer 8-story rooms, I was assigned a room on the 18th floor. The room was spacious, with a stunning view, including some ocean views. The red copper bathroom fixtures were very stylish and high-end. The bed was comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft.

The hotel offers several dining options, and I tried two. Cocorico Bakery had a wide selection of breakfast options and was also delicious. The coquette is like a French garden, quite fancy.

One thing to note: the first and last names on the Ctrip booking are reversed from the hotel records. The front desk couldn't find my reservation for a long time, but they finally found it after giving me the confirmation #.

Overall, I was very satisfied. I would stay here again.

This hotel was brilliant. The location is amazing, right next to the common and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of history. My teens were very excited to be sleeping across the hall from room 303 but no ghosts were seen 😄. Creme pies were delicious.

Very distinctive hotel! However, the room was wrong. We set a premium river view bed room with a balcony, but found that the room type given was an ordinary superior bed room with different costs. I didn't bother to change it and didn't find the front desk. The room is small but the hotel environment is very good. It is found that the rooms set by Trip.com are generally not as good as those set by the hotel or other platforms.

It is a hotel that I would definitely like to stay next time. Good breakfast. The service of the hotel staff was attentive and the hotel felt comfortable. There is a shop near the hotel, which is very helpful.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, so I slept well. It's just a few minutes' walk from Pershing Square Station, and near the subway station, there's a Grand Central Market selling all sorts of food. The Angels Flight Railway is located between the subway station and the Grand Central Market. I specifically asked the front desk about the destination fee, which is $35 per day and includes some perks (as shown in pictures 8 and 9). There are also additional taxes. You can check out online in advance to confirm the total taxes, which are shown in picture 10. Honestly, the taxes seemed a bit excessive!

Finally, I recommend a restaurant called Perch, a French-American fusion place, about a ten-minute walk away. This restaurant seems to be quite famous and popular, so it's best to make a reservation during peak hours. We stumbled in at 10 PM that night, and there weren't many people so we didn't have to queue. We ordered two steaks, and both were good. The absolute best part was that there was no mandatory tip; when paying, they asked 'tip or no tip'. It felt awkward not to leave anything, so we ended up giving $5. Compared to other restaurants with a 15% tip, this was truly reasonable!
