Very impressive Hotel. Beautifully appointed. Large room with all amenities needed. Great cafe for breakfast & meals. We were checked in by a lovely Sri Lankan man with excellent English. FYI - if you want to swim in the pool you will need a hair cap. They sell them at the hotel for 80 CNY each.

The Lingnan Oriental Hotel in Pazhou truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is elegant with a touch of Lingnan charm, and the rooms are clean and tidy with a separate wet and dry area. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the city, and the hotel's gym and self-service laundry room are perfect for business travelers. I must commend two staff members: Reyna at the front desk was efficient with the check-in process, and Manager Qin was incredibly responsible, responding and coordinating promptly to any requests. She was thoughtful and handled everything with great care.

My stay at this hotel for my recent trip far exceeded my expectations; I genuinely recommend it. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient options for dining, shopping, and getting around, whether by taxi or public transport. The lobby is clean and grand, with a simple yet comfortable decor that creates a great ambiance. The front desk staff were warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions, providing truly thoughtful service.

Upon our arrival on National Day, which was the busiest time, we couldn't get our room promptly even at 2:30 PM. However, the hotel showed movies for the kids, allowing me to quietly browse my phone. The room we booked initially had an unpleasant smell, but the front desk quickly moved us to another twin room. During our stay, the hotel organized various activities like evening fireworks and concerts, which helped us all relax – this definitely deserves praise! The cleanliness was also good when we checked in, no issues there. The only areas for improvement are the breakfast, which was mediocre and not as good as when the hotel first opened. Secondly, for a hot spring hotel, it was surprising that there were no washing machines or dryers available. For such a large hotel, guests typically need to do laundry, and the absence of these facilities is quite disappointing. That's why after two nights, I switched to a different hotel on the third day. I hope the hotel takes our suggestions seriously!

Stayed at this hotel during a typhoon, and the experience was excellent! Especially impressed by the warm service from duty managers Xiao Peng and Liu Weilun. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the kids had a fantastic time! Definitely looking forward to staying here again next time. 😏

The hotel amenities are very comprehensive, including an outdoor children's playground, an indoor playroom, and a clean swimming pool. There's also a small green path opposite the hotel for walks. The breakfast is rich and varied, making it very suitable for family trips.

However, there are two points that could be improved: First, you don't need a room card to access the rooms from the lobby elevator. Second, the service needs to be more refined. My child forgot to bring their own slippers and wore the hotel's disposable slippers to the pool. After entering the pool, they put the slippers on the shoe rack. After playing, the slippers were gone, as a staff member had thrown them away. My child had to walk back to the room barefoot!

I hope the hotel can handle such situations with more care and humanity in the future. Overall, I still recommend staying here.

When checking in, the front desk asked for copies of my ID and flight tickets, saying I couldn't check in without them. Later, they said it was a mistake and that my check-in was a waste of time. The bathroom was a bit small, with a button to turn off the lights. The air conditioner was wall-mounted, not central. The breakfast room had no sign. The breakfast was between 7 and 10 AM, but I arrived before 8 AM and found many items empty and unrestocked. I waited for half a day for the fruit, but it wasn't replenished. I had to leave because I was pressed for time. The service level needs improvement.

The hotel environment is fantastic, with stunning lake and mountain views. Walking along the lakeside boardwalk to see the 'Little Huangguoshu Waterfall' and then enjoying the hot springs (with unlimited access) was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. A big thank you to the front desk staff for upgrading me to a lake view room. The balcony directly faced the lake, the room was spacious, and the hot water for the shower was great. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection and good quality food. The restaurant itself had high ceilings and an elegant decor, with bamboo groves on the side, making for a truly excellent ambiance.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day.
The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good.
