The hotel environment is nice, the front desk service is very welcoming, the hotel breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is very good, the rooms are also very clean, and the location is good. Recommended.

The hotel environment was very clean, and the breakfast was also very nice. I arrived at the hotel after 9 PM, and I had originally booked a king room plus a sofa bed. I called them several times to ensure it was reserved, and they confirmed it was. However, upon arrival, it turned out someone else had taken it. Later, they upgraded me to a twin room.

The family traveled to Hohhot and stayed at Lan'ou Hotel throughout the whole process. The overall experience exceeded expectations!
📍 Location: Self-driving friendly, free parking space, suitable distance to Dazhao Wuliang Temple, Baoerhan Buddha Pagoda, Saishang Old Street, ice boiled sheep, iron hat barbecue, roast wheat restaurant, sheep restaurant are nearby, shopping and playing is very convenient.
🛏 Room environment: The rooms are cleaned very clean, the space is spacious, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and I sleep well when I am tired. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the supporting supplies are complete.
🙋 Service: The front desk staff is kind, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and they will patiently recommend the surrounding attractions and food to us, and they are very friendly to families with children.
The overall quiet and comfortable, convenient travel, very suitable for families who come to Hohhot to travel, highly recommended!

The stay was great, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi signal was good, and the overall was quite satisfactory! 👍 Any requirements the hotel can do, the service is very good

The hotel room is clean and tidy. There is a printer at the front desk. If you need to print something, the service of the lady at the front desk is super good. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety is also very rich. We all like it. The hotel is on Beijing Road. It is really convenient to travel. Whether it is from the facilities to the front desk or the guest room, it is generally very good. Recommended [Rose]

The whole front desk service experience is very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the work is meticulous and patient, and the reception is very intimate. Faced with all kinds of questions and demands raised by customers, they can listen carefully and respond patiently, not perfunctory, not shirk, take the initiative to coordinate the problem, deal with things safely and responsible, communicate smoothly and worry-free, the overall feeling is very comfortable, and it makes people feel particularly reliable and assured.

I often come to Dongjiakou on business trips, and I am really touched. The hotel service has always been very good, whether it is the front desk, the guest room or the restaurant. That is why I have been choosing Lan Ou for several years. Because it snowed, the hotel covered the car with sheets and sent dumplings, which warmed my heart in such a cold day. They are very delicious. I like Lan Ou and will always choose Lan Ou.

Convenient location, clean and tidy room, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, sleep well. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast, and the surrounding food was recommended intimately. Breakfast is rich, cost-effective, will choose here next time!

The hotel room facilities are in a good environment. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to Huaxi Park and Yelang Valley. The hotel elevator uses room cards, so there is no need to worry about small cards being stuffed in the room. The overall experience is very comfortable. I will give priority to staying next time.

Came to Guiyang with friends and chose this hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for work. The hallway was clean, and the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient if you're driving. The overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and the service was just right – not overly formal or pushy. I'll definitely consider staying here first on my next trip to Guiyang.
