The room is not big, but the bathroom is quite big, divided into dry and wet areas, and the wall paint on the top of the bathroom is peeling off. The hygiene of the guest room is average, and there are water stains under the washbasin. There is only one pillow on the bed, no pillows, and I want to find an extra pillow as a backrest. I searched the cabinet and found a spare pillow, but there was no pillowcase, and it was stained and dirty. I dare not use it.

It's really a surprise to be able to live in such a good hotel at this price! The room is spacious, the sanitation is very clean, the facilities are very new, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is also good, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The staff has a very good service attitude, can respond in time if there is a need, the price is directly full, and the price-performance ratio party closes its eyes!

Breakfast is too simple and ordinary, a bit inconsistent with the image of Lanou. The service is very good, the underground parking lot, there is an electronic ticket, the room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry.

I came to Laixi on a business trip and chose to stay at Lanou Hotel. The experience was very good, and the whole house intelligent guest control was very convenient. It is only a five-minute drive from Laixi East Toll Station, and the hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The service of the staff is also very enthusiastic, full marks!

The location is very good, parking is also very convenient, the door is simple and elegant, the service is very thoughtful, the room is clean and has no odor, and there are drinks, and most importantly, there is a refrigerator! The rooms are all intelligently controllable, the equipment is very advanced, and the bed is very comfortable. If I come here again next time, I will still choose this hotel.

I ran into some trouble during my trip, and when I asked the front desk for help, the staff member Xiao Zhan immediately went above and beyond. He didn't brush me off but actively helped me find solutions and coordinate everything to solve my problem. He was so enthusiastic and reliable, making the service experience fantastic. It really made me feel secure and at ease while traveling.

The room was clean, the facilities were smart, the curtains were opened, the hot water was very comfortable and large. The toilet is separated from wet and dry, bathing, and going to the toilet does not conflict. The room is small, but the layout is very reasonable. The overall style is very elegant. In addition to a little expensive, there are no other problems, very good. Take a photo and see for yourself! Mid-Autumn Festival also sent us small moon cakes. Qingdao is very beautiful and modern. come back next time!

It's pretty good! The price is right. The front desk lady and the cleaning lady were all very nice and provided excellent service. I wish them all the best in their work. One thing that could be improved is that the toilet in our room 206 was sometimes difficult to flush, requiring several flushes before it could be used, which was quite awkward. 😂😂😂 This could be fixed. The hotel's location: It's best located near the Shilihe K1 exit. Exit J, as shown on the map, is half the distance away, and K2 requires climbing several flights of stairs. A word of caution for future travelers. You might also consider taking the bus one stop to the subway or using shared bikes, both of which are convenient. I feel this station is quite central to everything. Popular attractions aren't too far away. Except for the Summer Palace, which takes a little over an hour, everything else is fine. Also... the hotel is surrounded by home improvement centers, and with road construction and renovations underway, it looks quite run-down, like a village in the city. 😂 Don't expect the surroundings to be a first-time visitor. That's all.
