Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in. However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM.

All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches. Hotel guests can share these facilities, which is very convenient.

Our room package included two meals. I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one. We picked Rockfish, and the food was Michelin-level, which we were very satisfied with.

As a frequent guest at luxury hotels in this price range, I booked this property through Ctrip for a special New Year’s Eve stay at approximately 16,000 per night, expecting a seamless and memorable experience.
For one night, I had reserved an extra room for family who could not join last-minute. My pre-arrival requests to change the guest name were repeatedly declined. At check-in, a staff member named Chen, who spoke Chinese and appeared very enthusiastic, assisted us. However, the lengthy explanations and repeated back-and-forth—combined with internal coordination issues (claims that Ctrip’s email was not received and that the reservations department would not take calls)—felt more time-consuming than genuinely helpful. Despite our obvious fatigue after a long flight with a young child, we waited over an hour as the discussion went in circles.
Eventually, the manager asked for passport copies of the absent guests “for records,” only for the name change to be approved later anyway.
The Ctrip listing mentioned a garden view, but staff explained that my “cheapest” rate only included city view—a phrasing that felt dismissive. To resolve this, we were offered an accessible room, described as having a larger bathroom and better view. We accepted, but the room was small for the price, the view was no better (photos attached), the balcony had cigarette butts, and the bathroom was not noticeably larger (also shown in photos).
Compared to other properties in this category (Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Peninsula, etc.), the service efficiency, attention to detail, and overall value fell short—especially on New Year’s Eve.
Despite these issues, we focused on enjoying our family holiday and had a wonderful time overall. Photos of the room, view, balcony, and bathroom are attached for reference.

Very good. As a family trip, it is very cost-effective to book a room during the period when the exhibition is not held. I did not expect to be able to stay in such a house in this place during the Chinese New Year. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the service is also excellent. Anoma's smile is so charming. Healing and making people feel at home. The hotel has all the cooking pots and utensils, and there is a small supermarket below. It is very convenient if you want to cook some food occasionally. It seems that many Chinese people don’t know this place to stay. I haven’t met other Chinese people. I highly recommend it. .

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know first-hand what defines a great hotel experience, and this property continues to exceed expectations with every stay. Having stayed here before, I can confidently say the service keeps getting better over time.

From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless, warm, and incredibly professional, argely thanks to Carla. She truly elevated my business trip into something smooth and stress-free. From the generous upgrade to a beautifully clean and quiet room, to arranging a late check-out with no hesitation, nothing was ever too much to ask. Carla embodies everything hospitality should be: proactive, friendly, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

The entire staff shares this attitude, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. It’s rare to find such consistency in service across the board. Whether you’re in town for meetings or just need a well-balanced mix of productivity and relaxation, this hotel checks all the boxes. Fast Wi-Fi, great amenities (pool & gym), and a calm ambiance made it easy to focus and unwind.

If you’re looking for a stay where professionalism meets warmth and efficiency, for sure this the place. 
I’ll absolutely be returning again.

The newly opened hotel is fantastic in every way. The only downside is that the kids' club isn't as good as the beach hotel next door. The steak at the Italian restaurant on the ground floor is even better than the Australian steak. The best part is that all the hotels along Jumeirah Beach, including the Burj Al Arab and the Canal Hotel, offer free shuttle bus service.

The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

The view from the window is limited because of looks if the building. Foods are expensive in the hotel. It's hard to find a free sunbed with umbrella near the pool though there are plenty of them by the beach. Everything else was perfect

Nice view. Good location. Not as jam as other cbd area. Hotel is nice, clean and fairly new. Stay for 2 nights. First mrng we stayed there. The house keeping woke us up at 8am to ask for house keeping. We forgot to turn on do not disturb. My biggest mistake. But we stay in so many diff hotels before. No house keeping ever knock the door that earlier. Given that we checked in aft 11pm the night before. Also no refill for toilet amenities at all. They throw away my shower hat and not refill anything inside bathroom that I hv been used. It just too late to order them fr house keeping since I already took off all clothes and start shower.  I drank up the coffee supply and no refill for capsule for the second day. Not satisfied with the price I paid for this hotel. It should be better experience than this. House keeping ppl need to be trained up to make the basic standards

I chose this hotel because of the new facilities and the modern interior.   But that's not all.  If I have a problem, the staff will respond immediately.    This is my experience.  The room cleaning staff, Joselin, was worried because I wouldn't leave the room. So she talked to me very kindly and cleaned my heart too. She is my first frend in this country.    I would like to live here for a while if possible.      新築で、モダンな内装と、めずらしいガスコンロに惹かれて契約しましたが、  部屋内でのトラブルがあった時、夜でもすぐに対応してくれました。  フロントのスタッフもわたしの拙い英語にも耳を傾けてくれました。    部屋のクリーンスタッフもテキパキと動いてくれて、とても親切にしてくれます。  コロナの影響で外出が憚られ、あまり外に出ないわたしを心配して、  友達の様に心配してくれるスタッフのジョスリンには感謝しています。

Traveling with kids, I communicated with the hotel beforehand for a fun children's setup. The kids loved the tent 🏕️, but they found the camel 🐫 toy plushie a bit too ugly.

The bellhop helped with our luggage, and the housekeeping auntie, seeing the messy room, even proactively asked if we needed it tidied, which was really heartwarming. 

The lifeguard at the outdoor pool was also very responsible, providing attentive and detailed service. Aside from the restaurant taking a while to serve during peak hours, everything else was excellent, and the overall service was fantastic 👍👍👍. I'll definitely choose Jumeirah again next time I'm in Guangzhou ❤️

Staying at the Jumeirah Living Guangzhou during Chinese New Year was an absolute perfect experience! The apartment's location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. The festive decorations, from the lobby to the rooms, were warm and elegant, creating a delightful atmosphere the moment you step in. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. It was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable; the bedding was soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The front desk and room service were both enthusiastic and efficient, responding promptly to requests with thoughtful attention to detail. I especially want to commend Grace, who assisted with my check-in and check-out, and Jack, who helped me with my luggage upon departure – both were incredibly attentive and detailed-oriented. The cleaning service and the complimentary 'goodnight' sweet soup were also very heartwarming touches. It was evident that there was a high volume of guests during Chinese New Year, yet the hotel maintained its high-quality service, blending hotel luxury with the comfort and warmth of home. It's perfectly suited for families and long-term stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.

Very satisfied hotel, the service was very good, and the last day was delayed. Also close to horrods. Shopping is very convenient. The most satisfying hotel in London.
