The hotel was magnificent, very clean throughout and the room was splendid
The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful 
The room was spacious and had a picturesque city view
We only ate once in the hotel restaurant,  but it was delicious and well presented 
The hotel is very well positioned, close to the heart of the city and is close to an amazing food market a few mins walk from the hotel
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
We'd stay there again if we decide in the future to visit Tokyo

Our flight landed at Haneda at 7:30 PM, and we had an 8 AM flight to Sapporo the next morning. Traveling with a toddler, staying at an airport hotel was the best option. The Nikko Hotel doesn't have shopping malls nearby, but there are restaurants and convenience stores. The airport shuttle bus driver was very diligent in securing all the luggage, and the front desk staff were professional and polite. It's definitely a good choice.

I specifically booked this hotel to catch an 8:30 AM flight. It's very close to Haneda Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour. The staff were very helpful with luggage, and their service was excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Terminal 3 from the hotel, which is super convenient. Plus, there are two 24-hour restaurants right across the street, so finding food is really easy.

Overall, the Nagoya Nishiki Urban Hotel offers great value for money. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies are also very nice. It's a real shame that the shower head in the bathroom has been changed; the old one was so comfortable with many modes, but this new replacement is very basic. The same goes for the air purifier; the old one had a large water tank that lasted several nights, but I'm not a fan of the current one, which isn't enough for Japan's dry weather. However, after staying here for several days, I still feel that the hotel is excellent. 👍

Stayed there for 4 Nights in room 1020. The location is good, the size of the room is also ok. But the hair drier was suddenly burnt after using for a minute. Luckily this didn’t hurt myself and my girlfriend. I reported to the frontdesk staff immediately, the staff came to our room quickly and gave us another hair drier. The staff is polite and professional.

I will consider using this hotel again if i visit Fukuoka.
