I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, and from my room, I could see Taipei's landmarks like Taipei 101 and the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Every day, I could also grab free snacks from the hotel's 'gan-a-pu' (a small convenience store), and they even provided a small bag for them, which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was one night when I was woken up by some noise. I called the front desk, and they immediately sent staff up to investigate. They said it was a pipe sound. After inspection and repair, the noise stopped, so their efficiency was quite high.

I'm Japanese, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice little boutique hotel, new and short walking distance from Taipei Main Station, hotel amenities all good and cosy, plus great hospitality from the front desk staffs & breakfast place crews, worth 5 stars grading, just little complaints about the aircon vent noise but small issue which can be covered by the comfortable blanket 👍👍👍👍👍will surely stay again in future, lastly thanks hotel for the snacks & very good healthy tasty daily breakfast 👍👍👍👍👍

An excellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the location was super convenient. It's just over 100 meters from Exit 1 of Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station, and only two stops from Taipei Main Station. Getting to Taoyuan Airport by express train takes less than an hour. There are multiple FamilyMart and 7-Eleven stores nearby, plus a Don Quijote. The hotel used to be a bank vault, so the decor is quite unique. They offer welcome drinks and a free snack buffet. It's only 500 meters from Fuhang Soy Milk and just 200 meters from Simple Kaffa, the world champion coffee shop, along with other cafes – all within walking distance. Huashan 1914 Creative Park is right next door. Overall, it's an incredibly convenient hotel. The soundproofing is decent; I slept well without much noise from the street or cars. The hotel feels very safe, perfect for solo travelers. Highly recommended!

This five-star hotel in Ruisui, Hualien, gives you the illusion of being in an ancient European castle just by looking at its exterior. The European-style market and amusement park are particularly captivating, making you want to stay forever. And the fresh produce from the farmers' market is absolutely superb!

It turned out that the reservation was one berth and two meals and there was a free train station pick-up. After checking in, I found that there was afternoon tea with boiled wild vegetables and buffet instant noodles and tea eggs. The food was very rich and healthy. The dinner buffet had Haagen-Dazs ice cream and beer and other drinks. Snacks and drinks in the room are also free.
The Butterfly Valley has the main trail, the roundabout trail and the roundabout trail. It takes about three hours to walk all of them. Most of them are not difficult to walk. The last 250 meters of the roundabout need to be cut down to the valley. It will be better to have a trekking pole.

The hotel has a new building (Golf Club) and an old building (Yu Hwa Grand Hotel), plus a camping area. The resort environment is comfortable and relaxing. During the Chinese New Year, there were also activities arranged, which delighted both children and seniors (some facilities require an additional fee). The dinner (referring to the complimentary late-night snack) was excellent! Next time, I'll definitely book the new building, as some of the wallpaper in the old building's rooms had mold. I would still consider staying at this hotel again if given the chance!

The hygiene level is quite clean, but it's a pity that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance when I went there, and it was raining so the outdoor facilities were not open. The meals were varied but average. It was raining so the outdoor facilities were unavailable but there was no special introduction to the indoor facilities. For dinner, the hotpot soup was not enough and the meat was hard and tasteless. I asked for seasoning and soup and they said they would bring it to me. I waited for about 40 minutes but it still didn't come. I finally went to the counter to get it myself. The sound of clearing the dishes from the table was very loud early in the morning. But overall I still recommend friends to stay there. Great experience, hope it will be better next time
