Whenever I visit Shanghai will definitely stay in this hotel. My original booking was made for a standard room which is rather tiny and I decided to upgrade to a larger room and pay an extra RMB100 for 2 nights. The bathroom is rather tiny and what I particularly like is the heating rod perfect to dry wet towel after shower. The hotel is located within close walk to the Wuding Metro station and there are two restaurants next to the hotel. The hotel serves wanton supper from 10pm to 11pm which is rather delicious. There is a family mart opposite and a short walk to a pharmacy. The reception and housekeeping staffs are friendly and polite. There is a laundry facility on each floor. The lobby is spacious with a cafe, a seating area with large TV screens and a billiard table.

Facilities: Great, a very unique hotel.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Very comfortable, there's even a small gazebo outside where you can sit, have coffee, and chat.
Service: The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. When I checked out, they proactively offered me bottled water and even helped me with my luggage.
I'd definitely come back to stay again if I have the chance. I was really happy with my stay!

My child had an exam, so I chose CITIGO as our hotel to be close to the test center. The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Xujiahui Metro Station. The hotel is small, and the rooms are compact, but they're fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it covers basic Western and Chinese options, and the taste is decent. They even offer wonton soup as a late-night snack after 10 PM. The hotel service is excellent; the front desk staff are particularly warm and attentive, and there's complimentary coffee that actually tastes pretty good. As a hotel under the Huazhu Group, CITIGO, though small, definitely delivers on quality.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. I booked a deluxe king room, and they upgraded me to an executive room. I didn't have a charger and was going to rent a power bank, but the front desk proactively lent me a charger instead. Even the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic about directing me to my room. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the noodles. I hadn't stayed at this brand of hotel before, but I will definitely consider them for future trips to other cities.

This stay was a wonderful surprise! From the friendly smiles and quick check-in at the front desk to the spotless room and comfortable bedding, every detail was perfectly executed. Special shout-out to the housekeeping service, which was incredibly responsive. The hotel's location is also excellent, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. It's definitely great value for money and highly recommended!

The room facilities were excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the shopping mall was incredibly convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here. The Red Star Macalline (presumably a nearby landmark/store) was great, and the hotel's amenities were outstanding. I'm very happy and will definitely return. The front desk service was fantastic, and the lady at the front desk was so kind; she even offered complimentary fruit. The room lighting is all human-body motion-sensor activated.

The room was great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast! There was such a wide variety, I couldn't even try everything. Each dish was carefully selected, making it hard to choose. The coffee was excellent too, and the fresh fruit was delicious.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the breakfast had more options than I expected. The room had a smart speaker, which was a nice touch. The front desk lady was also very attractive. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here, it was great, great!

My stay at CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing far exceeded my expectations! First, I have to praise its fantastic location. It's right next to Metro Line 10 and the Airport Express, just a two to three-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station Exit D. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Beijing Capital Airport or major business districts like Guomao and Sanlitun.

The hotel's trendy and playful design is striking. The red bicycle wall and blue rabbit sculpture in the lobby give it an artistic vibe, perfect for photo ops. Although the rooms are compact, the layout is smart, and the panoramic window offers excellent views. The Thai latex mattress and Grohe shower facilities were a dream, washing away all my fatigue, and the smart phone-controlled thermostat added a nice touch of tech.

What touched me most were the service details. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the robot delivery service saved a lot of hassle. After 10 PM, there's even complimentary late-night supper – those hot steamed buns were a lifesaver for someone working late! The overall cleanliness is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The service was excellent, and the mini wontons were delicious. Breakfast runs from 7 AM to 12 PM, which is a really long and convenient window. The hotel is located right on Beijing's central axis, on the famous Qianmen Street. There are tons of food options nearby, and it's super convenient for watching the flag-raising ceremony or visiting the Forbidden City. Wangfujing is also very close by.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience! The front desk lady was absolutely gorgeous, and her service was both thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room wasn't huge, but considering how precious space is in Beijing, it was perfectly fine! It was also very clean. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it had everything you could need, and it tasted great! The complimentary late-night wontons and free coffee were such a thoughtful touch, truly heartwarming. ❤️❤️❤️

The service was absolutely excellent. Although there were quite a few issues in one of the rooms (I booked two rooms), the staff handled everything very well and prioritized guest satisfaction above all else. 

Most importantly thing that they received my taobao packages and keep it in very safe place 😇🙏🏼

It would be great if the washing machine and dryer could be improved. Please continue maintaining this level of service and keep getting better.

The room is a bit small but the facilities are good. It is clean and tidy overall, with good sanitary conditions. The TV is easy to operate, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the room is very quiet and soundproof, and the mattress is comfortable enough to sleep through the night. The brunch on the first floor has a good variety, including hot and cold dishes, small dishes of fruit, yogurt and drinks. I am generally satisfied.

Unbeatable convenience! Surrounded by ample restaurants, a supermarket, and a massive shopping mall right next door. Best of all, we caught an amazing light show right from our hotel room window!

Heartwarming Service: 
A huge shout-out to our incredible cleaning lady. She was so friendly and cheerful, and even went above and beyond to fold our clothes!

Amazing Amenities: We loved the thoughtful touches, especially the bath bomb, bathtub cover, and premium-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

Hygiene: The room was clean and well-maintained.

Environment: We booked a sea-view king room. The space was well-utilized, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area (the toilet and shower are separated). On the 3rd and 4th floors of the same building, there are other restaurants from the cruise center, including Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, KFC, Meet Noodles, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and even SF Express for convenient shipping.

Facilities: There's a 24-hour self-service laundry with both washing and drying machines, and they even provide laundry detergent and disinfectant.

Service: The front desk staff were all very efficient and had a strong service ethic. They could also provide a parking ticket for free parking.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the headquarters of various tech companies, including Tencent. The staff were all great, patiently communicating and addressing customer needs. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the hygiene conditions are good. Overall, it's a good choice for a business trip, allowing you to experience Shenzhen's tech power. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, but it's convenient to get around by bike or taxi. Highly recommended!

The facilities are new and complete, and the smart panel control is very convenient. The showerhead is Hansgrohe, the mattress firmness is just right, and the mini-bar drinks are free. For the same price point, the hardware configuration is very thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay.
