"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, reception was incredibly slow. There was only one person on duty, and there was a queue. The cleanliness was fine, but the room was very bright in the morning. I had breakfast booked, and it was a real disappointment, especially the service. Everything was neglected; some items weren't replenished, and others, like the eggs, looked like they'd been prepared a while ago. There were many other issues, and they didn't clear the tables either; several tables had empty plates."
