The hotel is in a really nice location, but it somehow feels old and in the need of a refresh. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly in the room: it was working as a fan and not as an air cooler. The staff, however, were really helpful and made sure to help me out by moving me to another (and better!) room. Special thanks to Jeffrey! I would suggest making sure that not only the bedsheets are clean (they were), but also the curtains since they had some suspicious stains.

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. Any requests were promptly addressed. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the infrastructure was well-maintained. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel itself is fantastic, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had an excellent experience overall. We'll definitely choose Lidu again if we get the chance next time. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the view from the window was lovely and really brightened our mood. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Yu at the front desk, who was simply wonderful! She had a sweet smile and provided excellent service, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus for our trip. When we needed a late check-out, she was very accommodating and enthusiastically helped us arrange it, allowing us to pack without rushing. She also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, saving us a lot of hassle. Ms. Yu was consistently gentle and patient, always ready to assist, truly treating guests like family. Thanks to her attentiveness, this trip felt extra special and warm. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

comfortable, clean, and exactly what you’d expect for an airport-area business hotel. The room was quiet, the staff, polite. To be improved: check-in process. After a long flight, tired travelers would probably appreciate a faster arrival experience. For example, requesting ID documents in advance could help speed things up. On the positive side, the breakfast was fantastic. Easily one of the highlights of the stay, with a wide selection and good quality food. Coffee -- you rarely expect hotel machine coffe to be this good, especially in Asian countries.

This stay was absolutely flawless! The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient for shopping, getting a taxi, or taking public transport. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance, and Moon at the front desk (Xiao Feng) was very efficient with check-in. All the staff were polite and friendly, and Manager Zhang from the lobby even proactively offered tips for local sightseeing. The guest room was spotless, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was impeccably clean. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. All the amenities were well-stocked, and the hot water supply was stable. When I had a last-minute request, housekeeping responded super fast. This hotel would also be perfect for families traveling with children or elderly relatives. Every detail shows thoughtfulness and care, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short stays. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The environment at Shijingshan Jingyuan Holiday Hotel is truly fantastic! The lobby entrance is very grand and spacious, and the parking area is clean and well-lit. The hotel is surrounded by lush green trees, creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, truly feeling like a garden oasis in the midst of the city. Check-in was quick and efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and Ethan's service attitude was excellent. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice.

I promised the front desk staff a good review, so here it is. The hotel is indeed very close to Xingguang 5 Hall, just a one-minute walk away. My good review is genuinely all thanks to Zeng Shunxi; his performance made me overlook a lot of shortcomings. I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the front desk told me there were no rooms available. I told them I needed a room to rest as Beijing was really hot. They then arranged a standard room for me to settle into temporarily, and later moved me to a king-size bed room. I forgot my phone charger and called the front desk to borrow one, but they said they didn't have any, so I quickly ordered a charging cable via delivery. Later, when I was getting ready for bed, I found out the hotel didn't even provide toothbrushes, which they said was for environmental reasons – I understand. I won't go into the other minor hiccups, communication was a bit difficult at times, but thankfully everything got sorted out.

The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design that feels both cozy and luxurious. 👍 Stepping into the room felt just like coming home, so relaxing and comfortable. ❤️ The bedding 🛏️ was soft and plush, and my child, tired from playing, fell asleep peacefully in no time. 😴 The bathroom was immaculately clean with a wet/dry separation, and the smart mirror even had a built-in light. Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍 The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍 There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍 The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️
