no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Limak Atlantis in Belek and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel! The entire complex is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful everywhere and at all times. We would especially like to highlight the varied and high-quality food – there really is something for every taste. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the direct access to the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and restful time and would definitely return!

BBurakIn general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

GGuest UserVery beautiful green area, many Instagram locations, even a turtle was seen on the lawn. I wouldn't say the service was great. In a restaurant, you can wait half an hour for the waiter to come and offer you drinks. But the food is really tasty and everything is varied. The rooms are very simple, in rather strange colors, there is no master light, each light bulb had to be turned off with a separate switch, which are located throughout the room. Very strong audibility, we had a connection room, the door was locked, but you could even hear them breathing in the next room. The concept includes only local alcohol, so you can forget about basic Aperol or Baileys; 80 percent of the people staying at the hotel are Europeans, almost everyone just drinks beer. On the plus side, there is a great animation team and a lot of sports. For example, you could ride a banana boat, rent a kayak or stand-up paddle board for free. Or take a tennis class. Overall, it’s a great vacation; the main thing is to be prepared for some nuances.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

GGuest UserCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!
