The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. This hotel is among the nicest I have ever stayed in. The food was excellent, the selection of alcoholic beverages was extensive, and the pool was fantastic. That said, I did notice a difference in the arrival and departure experience. Unlike foreign guests, we were not warmly greeted on arrival, and upon departure we were simply told “have a nice day” without the opportunity to share feedback. As my feedback, I would suggest improving the internet connection, as it could be much better. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros: The resort was really nice and the staff were really friendly! Additionally, there was a large selection of food and drinks to choose from, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were also amazing. There is access to a private beach, with many sun loungers and multiple separate deck areas too (if you don’t prefer somewhere sandy!). The entertainment team are sure to host many events nightly also, so there is plenty to do on sight such as: live music, darts competitions, bingo etc. Cons: In terms of the rooms overall cleanliness, it was clear to see that there were numerous water marks and stains on the cabinets, mirrors and in the bathroom. When housekeeping would arrive, it would seem as though they were only replacing bed linen and re-stocking towels (as opposed to vacuuming, mopping or wiping surfaces). On another note, one member of the entertainment staff (Hilal) was overly flirtatious and inappropriate (towards my partner) - both of which made my boyfriend and I extremely uncomfortable. So if you’re planning on travelling here as a couple, probably take note of this and be conscious of your surroundings.

Когда переступаешь через порог оранжевых ворот, на которых написано наименование отеля, видишь, что стены разукрашены цветами, птичками, деревьями. Повсюду стоят вазы с растениями и разные статуэтки в виде зверей, птиц, гномиков. На колоннах висят лампы, которые вечером создают уютную атмосферу. Вечером вообще очень здорово посидеть во дворе, тем более что в конце него есть диван с подушками. Также всегда можно выпить чашечку чая (есть разный на выбор) и кофе. В номере много милых деталей. Стены также украшены наклейками в виде птиц и растений, занавески в таком же стиле. У нас была картина с экзотической птицей, зеркало в деревянной раме, деревянный шкафчик с разноцветными вешалками внутри. В ванной стоял горшочек с искусственным растением. На многих ручках и поверхностях были рисунки в виде цветов. Из удобств: две бутылки воды, две салфетки со спиртом, на столике таблички с указанием всех каналов, которые есть на телевизоре и напоминанием о завтраке и выезде, чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, гигиенический набор (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, ватные палочки). Правда предоставили только одну пару тапочек, но это не так важно. Кондиционер исправно работал, холодильник тоже был, но он нам не понадобился. К сожалению, в ванной был очень слабый напор воды, и температура плохо регулировалась. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому так и не обратили внимание персонала на эту проблему. Не знаю, актуально это только для второго номера или для всех остальных тоже. Не очень удачным нам показалось расположение номера, поскольку он был на первом этаже, и окно выходило на ресепшен. Хочется видеть красивый вид из окна, а не закрываться занавесками, но отель маленький, и только половина номеров располагается на втором этаже. Из небольшой территории стараются извлечь максимум пользы. В стоимость был включён шведский стол на завтрак. Предлагали много всего: картошку фри, омлет, варёные яйца, колбасу, сыр, овощи (помидоры, огурцы и авокадо), оливки, разные варенья, булочки, шпинат, арбуз и виноград. Также там были разные хлопья с молоком и много одноразовых добавок к хлебобулочным изделиям (сыр, джем, нутелла и т.д.). Когда мы пришли, всё было аккуратно закрыто либо крышками, либо пищевой плёнкой. Очень приятно было завтракать в таком месте. Расположение отеля отличное, он близок к пляжу и главным улицам Бодрума. В общем, уникальный отель с неповторимой атмосферой.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

A rather pleasant hotel, more of a beach club. There's always something going on, always music, small two-story buildings, and a private pier-like beach. There's a great table tennis area. The food is decent—you won't go hungry, everything is tasty, but nothing fancy. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent internet; it was surprisingly convenient to work. On the downside: the rooms are a bit dirty, cleaned with a formal walk-through with a wet rag, which takes about two minutes (really). Also, the sound quality in the rooms is fantastic. I could only sleep with earplugs, even when the ”disco” was turned off (which even earplugs didn't help; you'd literally vibrate to the bass).

The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish. The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.
