The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

RRafsana ChoudhuryBeautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming.
The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for.
Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.

The room was beautiful and always perfectly cleaned.
Breakfast was delicious – the staff even prepared fresh gluten-free bread and pancakes for us and made cappuccino with oat milk.
Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive.
The service was truly outstanding, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

SSuraj1308The hotel is very well located at a walking distance from Msheireb metro station and also there is a small India restaurant along with a mini supermarket which can take care of your all small things. The studio apartment has all daily requirements available like iron board and iron. Washing machine with dryer stand, microwave, cook top along with utensils like chopping board knife, Pans, spoons and plates

PPavelHigh standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me.
We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol.
They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free.
This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.

OOlga BukhriakovaAssalam Alaikum to all!!! This is a friendly, old hotel with good, varied breakfasts, fruit and vegetables every day—you won't go hungry! They give out vouchers and towels for the beach, the staff is always eager to help, and the towels in your room are changed daily, with bed linen every three days! There's a bus stop nearby to the metro, and shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance! We'll definitely be back! We haven't seen all of Qatar, Doha, yet—the architecture is wonderful, and there aren't many people like in Dubai! I recommend it to everyone!
