Beach Hotels in Isla Mujeres

I really enjoyed my stay here. The poolside room with a view of the ocean was superb. The rooms were lovely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay The staff were extremely helpful when booking a tour to Chichen Itza and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. It’s a lovely relaxed place 10 minutes by taxi from downtown. I had a great stay, but travelled with the wrong person unfortunately. So I’d love to come back and make it the perfect stay next time.

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow.

Very good service, the place is very far from the center but the service and facilities are very good.

The location is super nice! The facility is not new but well maintained. The room is vey clean with fridge and air con. The matrix is very comfortable. Had two nights of great sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel but the staff can help to carry the luggage.

The hotel itself and location were great. But the breakfast wasn't as in the description. They say you are gonna get continental breakfast, but what you actually get is some grain bars, apples and juice. It's not even close to continental breakfast

Location is perfect, and the room is clean. Period of this is what you are looking it’s great. Customer service does not Exist in this place. The staff was rude and they ask for a deposit which is really odd.

The location is perfect, but the environment is not clean, and there are not many choices of food. The sea view is incomparable. You can watch the sunset in the restaurant on the beach and watch the sunrise in the sea-view room. But the room facilities are not good, and the room is not clean. The elevator is small and slow, and it's dark inside.
