You can’t beat the location….walk out the lobby and you’re on the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel is basic yet it had great AC, comfortable beds, ceiling fan, friendly staff and we had no problems with hot water or water pressure. The location is fantastic!

Hotel Villa Kiin was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was great and the view and location is unbeatable! It is a much older hotel and isn’t luxury by any means but if you aren’t planning on being in the room but to sleep it is the place to be. Had AC and a fridge which for adventurous people like my fiancé and me that is all we needed to store our snacks and water. They cleaned very very well every day! And the view was absolutely stunning on the second floor with a balcony. I highly highly recommend Villa Kiin and we will be staying there when we return to Isla!

Excellent service. Clean, well maintained older property, pool is a refreshig alternative to the salt water, gardens are lush and provide privacy. Drinking water refills save thousands of plastic bottles. There is a book exchange for those just chillin'.
Basic hotel located on the best beach on the island and walkable to everything. I stayed for a week and loved it so much I secured two+ weeks fir next year.

Our first room was terrible but upon request we were changed to a much better room. The lock didn't work well and we got stuck inside the room once.

Perfect location, price is fair but I do not understand why they charge a $250 deposit if there is no mini fridge or movies on the tv or even a phone in the room. The overall property and room is perfect but the plumbing in room 37 was bad. Water barley trickeles out the shower and the sink. The fan didn’t work and the remote for the tv didn’t either. This hotel is at the best location to access the cove area part of the beach. The draw back is everyone comes there and it’s over crowded with locals and people on excursions to snorkel.
