AAKThe room size was surprisingly large, especially for Japan! You could see the ocean right from the room, which really made it feel like a vacation – absolutely fantastic! The hygiene wasn't as bad as some online reviews suggested, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comprehensive toiletries and amenities provided. If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you can get a 500 or 1000 yen voucher to use at the small shop, which is a nice touch! The hotel's swimming pool is great for kids, and there are also some paid craft activities in the lobby that are perfect for keeping the little ones entertained.

All the rooms in this hotel are sea-view with very large balconies. The weather during my stay was absolutely perfect, so I spent both days and nights lounging on the sofa on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze and the ocean view!
Personally, I felt this hotel perfectly met my needs! If any of the following points are a big deal for you, then definitely consider them; otherwise, just book it without a second thought:
1. To get to the nearest beach, you have to cross a road yourself, and there are no rentable sun loungers or parasols on the beach.
2. The hotel pool water was a bit cold.
3. The breakfast can't compare to what you'd find in China, though there is one with a nice sea view.

GGuest0907We really love this hotel. Friendly and attentive service when we reached the hotel. Love the location with a very serene nice private beach. If not for the rain we would definitely love to explore more of their activities such as the mini golf and sauna. There are also restaurants located in the resort whereby there is a good choice of western, Japanese and etc. we had a good buffet dinner at the surf cafe which comprised of a good variety. The hotel breakfast is really splendid as we get to try out their local specialty Such as the pork egg onigiri and one salty peanut pudding as well as a good spread of bread , fruits and dessert .No complaints and we would definitely be back for this hotel facilities.

GGuest UserThis is a traditional Japanese hotel and it's very clean overall. The large public bath is open until midnight. However, there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small beach where many locals enjoy water activities. Overall, it's great, and I'd come back again. The price is also very reasonable, so I'm very satisfied! You can choose between a bed or a futon on tatami, but you can only pick one option, otherwise there's an extra charge. I didn't confirm the details with the hotel, but if you want to sleep on tatami, I recommend checking with the staff beforehand to see if both guests need to choose the same sleeping arrangement. The bed is also very large; two adults and one child can sleep comfortably without feeling cramped.

MMargaritaPaskoI enjoyed my stay at Best western. Waking up by the beach to the birds singing or watching sunsets from the balcony were complimenting my stay.
The room was very spacious. And had a proper storage which you don't usually get in Japan.
The restaurant served local food, the Okinawan soba was very delicious.
The staff was very welcoming and supportive with all my inquiries.
But you should mind the location there isn't much around the place so if you are traveling by car, there won't be any inconvenience, otherwise you'll have to use cab to get around.
There is a station 10min drive away from the hotel where you can catch a transfer bus to the aquarium and try some local food.

The hotel front desk can book a return bus to the airport/Naha Bus Terminal, but only morning departures are available. The bus stop is located just a short walk to the left after exiting the hotel. The journey typically takes 1.5 hours.
2. **Dining**: I recommend booking a stay that includes breakfast; the buffet breakfast is excellent, and you can enjoy it with ocean views. For dinner, you can purchase the buffet on-site. TTezpezMy boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Ocean Resort PMC. The location is convenient if you have diving plans, with the diving drop-off point right next to the hotel. There's also a surf and diving shop and school below where you can ask about lessons and equipment. Although we had already booked our diving elsewhere, it was just an 8-minute drive away, and they even drove us back to the hotel, which was a bit amusing.
Overall, the stay was fair, but there are a few things to note. After 11 AM, the elevator is not available, and the parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, there's a 24/7 convenience store just across the street, which is very handy. The ground floor has a washing machine that all guests can use. After 11 PM, you have to use the stairs, which can be a bit scary as there's no light. The hotel has a kitchen, but it lacks basic utensils.
For the price, I felt like I could have picked somewhere better, but the location and amenities were decent enough for our needs.

There's also a combini right next doors(!. Cape Maeda, Zakimi Castle is also all at cycleable distance!
