I liked everything, it was clean, the staff was polite, and the breakfast was delicious.

Room is spacious but a bit tired looking, buffet spread is quite extensive with Okinawan delights. Location is great and near to attractions like Churaumi Aquarium and Nakijin Castle Ruins

recommend this hotel because good location. There are some restaurants and shops about 50 metres from hotel, excellent public bath, warm indoor swimming pool. The room is big. The breakfast is very good.

I got a room with broken stove, but finally the staff are kind to offer me a larger room with stove in good condition. Thank you. All room need to be renovated. The breakfast was ok, location was good because near the Aqua museum. Room was large with balcony.

If you come this hotel not speaking Japanese, I can tell you will not get the help you need. We want to join the fireworks event in ocean expo, and the hotel staff couldn’t even know if there is a nearby shuttle bus provided. And it is ok not knowing there is a shuttle, but it’s not ok not willing to help at all. They weren’t trying to help looking at the questions we have. We showed them the picture, the website, all they could say is “No no no…” We do not speak Japanese, and all we want is to go to see a firework with a little kid taking shuttle. And we need someone speaks Japanese help from hotel on how to get there because parking is too busy there. If you don’t speak Japanese, good luck with this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms.
