Must be check in on time not over 20:00 because no body in there but the owner very nice , help immediately. This our fault be late to check in

Seeing crystal clear water is the best feeling ever if u’re trying to make a booking I strongly recommend to book seaside view

Location can be good if you have cars to move about. Else better stay somewhere with lots of activities happening. Although room with a seaview but can’t go down to the beach. No beach. Anyway, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

The hotel had a great location, in between Sesoko island and Motobu Genki Village. Several restaurants and izakayas were in walking proximity, as well as convenience stores and even a bakery. I was in luck and got an apartment on the top floor with a view facing the ocean. The hotel was clean and my room well equipped. There is a breakfast and lunch spot right next door, and there is also a vending machine for various drinks just outside. The manager and the staff were oh so helpful and polite. Good to know - after 20:00 the main entrance is shut, but guests can still access the building through a side door with their room key. Super positive experience!

Jialat, chui. If you are a Singaporean, this is equivalent to Hotel 81 or Fragrance Hotel. Basically there are no service personnel after 8.00pm. You check out at 10.00am. The wind is so strong that it is so loud. I woke up several times. Old school water heater system. And yes, you have to pay 1,000yen for the parking at their hotel carpark. First time ever I needed to pay at my own hotel’s carpark.

Mr. KINJO in MOTOBU OCEAN TERRACE is an incredibly convenient spot, especially if you are visiting the nearby aquarium. The apartment itself is quite basic, but it provides everything you need and offers outstanding value for the money. We also really appreciated the location—there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within an easy walking distance. If you are looking for a practical, affordable, and well-located base in Motobu, this is a good place.

The perfume was excessively strong, the explanations were unclear, and the service was lacking the genuine, heartless quality expected from Japanese service, which typically emphasizes customer care and attentiveness.

Our rooms are with ocean view. Excellent views in the morning. Rooms are generally clean and quiet. A washing machine is provided in each room. So we don’t need to go out to a specific laundry room to wash clothes. Washing powder is available at the front desk. 100 Yen per bag. Parking (1000 yen per day) is also available. Different kinds of restaurants can be found within 10 minutes’ walk.
