Beach Hotels in Kefallinia

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

Cute hotel in a really good location, the management are so lovely and will go above and beyond. The only minus is that it seems like it could do with a slight renovation to clean things up. Please visit Avithos preview restaurant and beach which is a short walk from the hotel it’s breathtaking!!!

Very nice, a family of four, booked for three days in a row. Two days were set up in the early stage. Temporary adjustment, plus another day. The temporary room showed that there was no suite on the Internet, but the merchant adjusted it. Very good 👍

Great location on the edge of town, breakfast selection limited.

Прекрасный сервис, отличный персонал и замечательные виды! Из минусов - неудобный душ (шторка постоянно мешает принимать душ), а также нам было холодно ночью, но тут спасли теплее одеяла
