Beach Hotels in Biarritz

Great hotel, friendly owner. The hotel isn't staffed 24/7 though. We arrived quite late, but luckily the owner was waiting for us, so if you do book this hotel make sure you contact the owner beforehand to confirm your arrival time, incase you arrive too late and there's no staff waiting for you.

An enjoyable stay at this lovely independent hotel.( I think it is part of a small group of hotels, but St Julien is not like a chain hotel. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed.  The en-suite shower was walk in ( very easy for oldies like us) and with modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast which can be served in the dining room or in the garden was a plentiful continental offering- lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff we encountered were efficient and friendly. Hotel is situated a short walk from Les Halles and  approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront. We so enjoyed our stay that we booked for an extra night. .

В целом я получила не то, что ожидала, из отличного только расположение и работа персонала (ну и нет претензий к уборке и чистоте). В моем бронировании было указано: доступ без лестницы (в итоге 3 этаж, лифт не работал), сейф в номере (сейфа не было). В номере был только фен и неработающий на отопление кондиционер. По прибытии меня заселили в другой корпус, в котором нет ресепшена, идти туда надо по улице, в том числе и на завтрак ты не можешь просто спуститься вниз - надо одеться и идти по улице. Во время совершения бронирования эти детали были мне заранее неизвестны. Соответственно, с любыми просьбами надо идти в другое здание. В номере нет чайника, добыть кипяток нигде нельзя (только на завтраке), что страшно неудобно, приходилось покупать чай в соседних кафе за 3 евро. Это очень странно, так как в корпусе внизу есть и гостиная, и что-то вроде кухни, но они ничем не оборудованы, просто мебель для отдыха (видимо, чтобы собираться компаниями в летнее время). А так нет даже кулера. Номер был холодный, батарей в нем нет, отопление только с помощью кондиционера. Его мне починили на следующий день (спасибо). Но в ночь прибытия я была простужена, шел дождь, и холодный номер только усугубил мое состояние. В целом советую во время бронирования уточнять, в какой корпус вас поселят: если отель George - то это основной корпус с лифтом и ресепшеном, он лучше, если в Maisone - это корпус без инфраструктуры. Хотя по расстоянию до моря и пляжа они практически аналогичны, расположение очень удачное. Пару слов про завтрак. Они довольно однообразны, но все вкусное. Крайне любезный персонал. Когда закончился скрэмбл, мне персонально сделали свежий, хотя время завтрака уже практически подошло к концу. Кофе лучше заказывать в фильтре, в кофемашине напиток будет невкусный. Есть выбор молока. Оладьи, выпечка. Но никаких овощей.

nice interior architecture. Beautiful materials selected. Attractive for surfers and all other guests. Great, bright friendly rooms and a rooftop highlight: restaurant, outdoor lounges and swimming pool with great views. Previous staff. The baggage service and parking service are taken over for the deep garage! Good location: everything is reachable on foot. Had liked to extend - the hotel was unfortunately booked. After the first trip to the beautiful Golf of Biskaya, Biarritz has still overcome San Sebastian. Crazy: the best eating ever!! Villa-Schmidt.de

Excellent staff and amenities. Very well equipped room with many small attentions (cooler, tea, coffee, hairdryer, muffins, mini bar (in addition), coating kit, demaquillating cotton, soap, shampoo, after shampoo, bottle of water...) Very comfortable bedroom! Elevator Delicious breakfast with a very varied choice of sugar and salt made home. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. We want to go back there ! Parking is a good place to stay in the city.

A hotel just a stone's throw from the airport, easily reachable on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. We stayed for 2 nights, and the only downside was that our room wasn't made up, and the linens weren't changed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, self-service style. Public transport, like the bus, is just a 2-minute walk away, taking you to Biarritz city center and the train station. All in all, a good hotel, but they should re-evaluate the services mentioned above. That's why I didn't give the maximum rating. Thanks to the establishment anyway.

Stayed in a lovely room on the 4th floor of the new building, featuring a huge balcony (terrace). The morning sun was a delightful mood booster, and the city view was simply charming. Daily housekeeping, including fresh linen changes and replenishment of coffee pods and cookies (though not always consistent), really made it feel like a well-deserved three-star hotel. I would definitely love to stay at this cozy hotel again on my next visit to Biarritz.

Very central hotel in Biarritz, near restaurants, stores and the beach. It has a private car park. The price for Biarritz is great. One little thing to improve would be to add a fan in the bathroom as there is no window in the bathroom. Overall, good hotel.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Chambre petite avec une salle de bain minuscule. Difficultes pour se deplacer a l'interieur. Ne recommande pas cet hotel.
