Beach Hotels in Marbella

What an amazing hotel! I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to. The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests. The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared. We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

It was a great experience for us! The Location was very good because The Obal is located near the beach and the Historic District is located just a few minutes from our lobby entrance!! Really enjoyed the Breakfast and the rooftop bar was pretty cool too!! I had just a small complain about the Pool, quite small and first of all the Open Time… at 11:00 in the morning.. I Think at 9:00 it would be great !! At the end of the holiday I surely suggest to book this Hotel!!

My stay at Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort was truly one of the best parts of my trip to Spain. The resort is luxurious and perfect for families. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped — including a full kitchen, washing machine, and a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and pools. The location is excellent, right on the beach, in a quiet and safe area ideal for relaxation after visiting busy cities. The facilities are amazing — both indoor and outdoor pools are great, especially for kids. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything needed. There’s also a convenient mini-market inside the resort and several restaurants and cafés nearby, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm, upscale stay — I’d definitely return on my next visit

The Service of front deck is very good and Parking Facilities is great

The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time. Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds. Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered. Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

The location of Don Alfredo is unbeatable!!! You basically fall out of the hotel and into the old town of Marbella. That said, the hotel is not one of the newest and it's a bit rocked down, but still well kept. The room was very basic but clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways, so for our purposes it was perfect for a quite affordable price! 😀 The staff was kind and helpful and in the morning they brought coffee according to our wishes to the dining room table or also to one of the tables right outside at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee was great, but breakfast was not very impressive, so we only had a little bite, but always took some fruit from the fruit bowl 🍎🍏🍊 Parking outside the hotel was a bit difficult, but not far there was the possibility to park for free, just needed to circle a bit sometimes and get lucky with a spot getting empty right in front of us ... Altogether, we enjoyed our stay a lot ... The old Castillo de Marbella was right in front of the hotel and there was a little resto named El Rincón de la Muralla that would seat you right beside the Castle wall - very romantic at night! 💕 After dinner there, we only had a few steps to take to get into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep ... As for the pictures, only the first one is showing the hotel, the rest are pictures taken in the old town Marbella, super close to the hotel - and just to prove how great this location is! 😎

The suite is large enough to have a bathroom. The balcony is large with lounge chairs and tables and chairs for rest on the balcony. Clean and change tablecloths and tea towels every day. Provide detergent and sponge blocks. The dishwasher and washing machine are not big, the problem is that we are not familiar with this type of equipment, so it took a while to check the instructions online. There are many supermarkets around, and it is really good to be a holiday apartment here! The parking garage is easy to enter and exit, and you can enter and exit at any time. Very close to the sea, there are various restaurants on the seaside promenade. About 1 km from the old town. Walking is acceptable. The hotel has various facilities such as massage, beauty, swimming, etc. Long stay will not be boring.

Good location, nice up market environment with golf/tennis next door. Great Lake view is worth extra. Only issue is feels like someone thinks they are maximising profit with cheap sheets/towls, unscrewing light bulbs, not providing a few Coffe pods when cleaning, etc…this doesn’t work, a few people don’t come back and all savings lost…otherwise a very nice place with helpful daily staff.

I stayed at the Hotel Baviera di Marbella and I was really happy with it. The location is excellent: a few steps from the historic centre and comfortable for its neighborhood to the sea, perfect for living the city comfortable without need for long movements. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and available. Excellent quality-price ratio!

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The cleaning was average. The hotel is quite old. If I come again, will I stay or not?
