Location was conveniently close to restaurants and the room was very clean. Customer service was quick and since we got in late, we were tired and just wanted to crash. Had to be up early the next morning to attend a meeting.

It was okay however for some reason when I checked in, they put a ”pending” $25 hold onto my credit card. Frustrating. That was on August 2, although the actual charge has not yet actually hit my credit card charges, but it does show as a pending charge. I bought nothing there so I just don't understand why they did that.

This is a really nice hotel; however, there are areas of the hotel that smells really foul of stinky dog. Overall, it was good for one night but not sure I'd want to stay more than that. I'd suggest only allowing pets on certain floor and allowing guest to choose like they do with smoking/non-smoking. Its a shame people bring their pets in this hotel and allow them to peep/poop in it.

Anonymous UserConveniently located right off of I10. Front desk was friendly and checkin was a breeze. Some peeling of the wall paper in the hallway. Room was spacious. A little bit dated even though some updates can be seen. Overall not a bad place to spend the night for roadtrip.
