Nice location

The front desk staff was exceptional and the room was clean. The hotel is older and in need of updating.

Room had cracked ceilings, extremely small rooms, staff was overwhelmed..... even later in the evening we couldn't even get anyone to answer because we didn't have enough pillows or sheets. Very disappointing for the price we paid for these rooms!

Staff was very friendly to include the bars and valet. Noah at the front desk was great and very helpful

Decor was Adams family meets Louis 14th white plastic gild. It’s somewhat worn. Check in time is actually 4 pm even though all the emails you’ll receive say check in is at 4.

Awesome and relaxing place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere and rooms are so relaxing. The scenery around the hotel is also relaxing.

Breakfast isn’t free nor is parking. $23 for mediocre breakfast and $37 for parking. The breakfast girl was super rude but front desk was very kind and accommodating. Definitely won’t be staying here again, could pay half the price for the same quality elsewhere.

It was ok it was nice but they should tell customers about the extra two hundred dollars and have microwaves in the rooms and a working ice machine at least.

The location was great and food and service in Jacob's on the Plaza was fabulous. Moreover, I used the text offer to help with a question and was answered within seconds. Room was clean and bed was extraordinary. Best sleep.
