GGuest UserVery convenient location - close to Denny's (great for breakfast) and Wendy's (for burgers), Stater Bros (for groceries), and alcohol shop (which sells cheap alcohol and bottled water). The hotel offers free shuttle to Disney and Knott's Berry Farm; and plenty of spots for free parking. 30min drive to Citadel Outlets. Front desk staff are very nice and they offered complimentary warm cookies on our arrival. Housekeeping staff are prompt at fulfilling requests. My only complaint is their AC - it makes loud noises infrequently which can be annoying.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserThe Sheraton Hotel boasts an excellent location, just about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is incredibly convenient. If you stay in a room facing Disneyland, you can enjoy the fireworks show in the evening. The hotel service is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly, adding even more joy to our Disneyland trip.

LLeung tinGreat value for money! 👍🏻 The place was spotless, and the kids absolutely loved playing in the water. We really appreciated the spacious room and the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. We originally booked for three days but liked it so much that we extended our stay. There are also plenty of restaurant choices nearby, all within a five-minute walk.

GGuest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.

GGuest UserWe had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed.
The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable.
However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again.
The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient.
The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly.
I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry.
Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.
