GGuest UserI am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

KK. JonesyThe young man that checked me in was unbelievably nice. The hotel room is huge as well as the bathroom. There are many restaurants located close by and the highways were easily accessible. There is a parking deck that you have to swipe in and out of but luckily I was offered free parking since it was my first time to Houston.

FFeitianxiaohemaThe room is very big, super big, the bathroom and toilet are separated, there is also a coffee machine, microwave, and bathtub. But the bed is not very good, it creaks when turning over, and it doesn't feel very stable. The breakfast variety is relatively small, so you can only eat casually.
It is close to the airport, but at the same time, the bad thing is that if you go to bed early, the roar of the planes flying overhead is very loud.
Facilities: Except for the bed, everything else is good
But I feel that this decoration is relatively expensive. I wonder if it is so expensive near the airport!

GGuest UserThe overall stay was ok. However the bar being closed over the Weekend was very poor. Pool closed because of seasonal issue. There were hardly any staff members around for any assistance. WiFi was there but not explained anywhere.
I now understand why President Trimp wants to change the water pressure for showers. That should be called a rain mist washing facility, not really a shower.
Once in a while the elevator did not work.
The price was ok. It was generally very quiet.
I would come again. Just would nor expect anything extraordinary.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

GGuest UserHas soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.

GGuest UserMainly because the restaurant breakfast variety is too simple, I don't understand why the buffet breakfast bill is automatically calculated as a tip, and the restaurant does not serve lunch, there are no restaurants within one kilometer of the surrounding area, which is a bit inconvenient. Although the room facilities look rudimentary, health, environment and front desk service are OK.
