Everything was good, the room is clean and spacious. The only two lost points were the front desk staff didnt know the swimming pool was under maintenance. (Seems not quite professional) Also, the back door (access the lobby and the lift to the room) wasnt locked nor a security guard, everyone can access to the room floor. It may cause some safety concerns.
But only for a flight catcher, this is a great choice. Many restaurants next to the hotel.

During the early September stay, the elevator operated 1 unit, and the waiting time for going up and down was too long.

There is a shuttle bus to the airport. When you check in, you can reserve the next day's boarding time. The room is spacious and clean, no water, but you can buy drinks on the first floor. There is a water purifier in the corridor where you can get ice and there is a microwave in the room.

Guest UserExcellent. i was so glad to see the shuttle affer a long trip. Room was excellent and perfectly silent. My only tip would be online service. it was impossible to get past the bot to confirm my reservation and answer questions about shuttle.
when i said, “agent” the bot hung up on me! i was about to take a taxi when the shuttle came by! Half an hour later i was happily relaxing in my room.

The service in the United States is really average now. There is still garbage left by previous residents in the trash can of the room. When I communicated with the front desk, they didn't take it seriously and simply replied that they would arrange someone to deal with it. I am speechless 😓

Guest UserVery pleasant atmosphere, with many restaurants nearby. Parking included in the daily rate, which is unusual in the area.
Good breakfast in a beautiful restaurant!
Very interesting bar in the lobby.
The only not so positive point is that there are several events taking place at the hotel, which makes parking a bit difficult and on one of the days the noise went on past 10 pm. However, nothing bad enough to discredit the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel. Great breakfast selections and evening reception. I knew I would have to pay for parking but you had your scan a QR code and pay. I wish I could have paid in the hotel because I way overpaid not knowing how the system worked. We left on Monday morning and my parking reservation did not expire until Tuesday afternoon.

Hotel was close to the airport and had a shuttle available for guests. It is not near anything other restaurants or shops. Hotel has nice walking trails outside near lake. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi instructions for use were confusing upon checking in. Reception may want to provide more clarity to incoming guests.
